but you said after that, what was Hawthons win loss ratio. Like that anything to do with it. if you swapped all the players around and put judd into Hawthorn do you actually think that he would make the difference in us winning more games. I dont think so.all 3 of the players would be suited to any side, they are all great players. and as great players do they adapt to different game plans and differnt styles of the game.

Can't believe no-one has come back with Dal Santo. He has ducked his head and gone the old one-handed paddle when he's had blokes running straight at him. Easily as much as an outside player as Cousins (whose worth, to me, is not as great as someone like Judd, who genuinely breaks lines, wins it in hard moves the ball well forward and gets possessions all over the ground).

Oh, and Ball is a beauty. I love this kid.

Are you trying to call him soft because of his 17 tackles in 18 games this year??? i think all teams have a player that doesnt get the hard ball. but they dont have too.. wcoast usually bag bell for getting his possesions in the "back half" conversely where cousins gets his - and usually a handball to say kerr to only get it back...its a double standard - but give the guy credit he has bust his cojones to be the leader this year and has been playing mighty well.

he is an outside receiver. i agree with u, even though he is a midfielder, he only has made like 15 or 20 tackles the whole year, he would get snapped if he went for that hardball and he knows it.
