Impressive! And I agree it’s a very watchable movie.

I appreciate the exclamation mark which accompanied your compliment. I reckon I deserve it.

That first scene still is memorable...a happier and simpler time played out on a television set in the midst of bleakness. Makes me nostalgic.

Had to go to Epping this morning, I busted a clip on the battery cover for the thermostat unit on the gas log fire. Went into Illusion Gas Log fires shop just near Epping Plaza, they fixed me up easy and quickly, great service.

While I was in the area, braved the food court for brunch, Chicken Parma with chips and a greek salad. Soooo many chips but good tucker.

Did the weekly grocery shop while I was there, grabbed a kilo of diced lamb, Halal apparently, from one of the butcher shops there. Moroccan Lamb Tagine in the slow cooker is tomorrow nights dinner.

Wog easter with the family today.

Sunny day in the backyard, enjoying spitroast lamb, homemade spanakopita & tiropita, Greek salad with homegrown tomatoes, and the company of loud Greeks.

Hawthorn will never be the same.

We've done the Greek easter thing together since the days we were DINKS. My kids are now in their 20s.

Strong family tradition.

P.S: I've consumed my bodyweight in tsoureki. The bloat is real.

Wogs understand Easter - they more or less started it.

Wife just said "I need to do stuff and concentrate - I'll be available for BF updates after that".

I thought "strewth dear - please be grateful you get regular executive summaries from this site of deep intellectual and cultural enlightenment" 🤣.

Macron, first French president to be re-elected in 20 years they say.

No secret as to why: women (and men) love the chest thatch. This picture was released during the campaign, exciting the masses.

So a people that reputedly spend their life immersed in erotica and exotic sexual exploits get their rocks off on a matted, hairy chest - well just yuk - tks for spoiling Anzac Day - hugs though
