He was awesome on Saturday night. Executed brilliantly. Seems like this is receiving very little mainstream press attention?

Very much so. I’m embarrassed it’s escaped my attention until now. I follow a few cycling accounts on Twitter and at no stage did I realise an Aussie was in serious contention on GC, only heard about Ewan for the stages.

That's just further evidence of thick-headed Natness.

I'm reading that as him knocking up his girlfriend whilst still married and not wanting to offend his wholesome Nat followers by admitting that he had an affair whilst still married. Or have I misread it?
couldn't afford to lose the CWA vote

That little bit of sweetness was good. I knew a bloke a long time ago who drank draft Guinness with a dash of Raspberry cordial.
Pretty common in the UK, but with blackcurrant cordial. So is a lager top - like a shandy, but with only a little bit of lemonade or sometimes lime cordial.

Half cider and half beer, with or without cordial. Used to be really popular with the young in the UK, probably still is, because for some reason they just get you much more pissed than the same quantity of either cider or beer.
Not if you drink IPA.

We used to do "snake bite Sundays" when we were younger. Ended up pissed as nannas mattress most weeks

Good morning from Passikudah, Sri Lanka.

Photo taken at sunrise this morning

How you so cruelly taunt us, it’s 9oC in Melbourne currently with a wind chill of 4oC and rain/hail forecast for this afternoon. Get stuffed Kirby, you lucky bastard.

Was just driving behind a M50D BMW and it had a dicky wheel on the back left side. The other tyres were wide ones, it was about a third of the size compared to the rest. Gee it looked funny.

With the wind, don't think the driver was handling the car very well either. Why would BMW worry about space to have these small spares?

I bought my little Hyundai because it had a normal wheel as a spare.

Not just about space (although normal-sized 4WD wheels do take up a relatively large space), its also about ease of changing the wheel (weight), weight in car, etc. but mostly about cost of the little spare versus a normal wheel.

Even "luxury" car manufacturers will do anything to lower costs.

True I didn't think of cost.

Surely it isn't meant for any great distance though as he was really having difficulty in controlling car.

They’re basically there to get you home or to the next servo, not to drive around on normally.

yeah so it was basically snowing in Bendigo today or felt like it.

which is a roundabout way of saying that all you ponies posting photos of tropical locations such as jathanas and Kirby can kiss my horsey ass and I will administering retribution at a suitable time.

ps take me with youuuuuuu!
