Yes, another post to keep this thread on the first page.

You'd think that I might get some mention among Queen's Birthday honours. None.

My dinner is on the way: Margherita, lasagne, cheesecake and gelato. Good game of footy deserves an unwholesome celebration.

We are undefeated since I’ve been in Sri Lanka.

Anyone want to sponsor me to stay here until October?

🙏

We've been undefeated since you've been out of Melbourne.

After the teasing images of the tropics you've sent through, I propose we arrange your offshore detention to Antarctica.

Enjoy a-hole.

you are an honorary Clydesdale JB. there is no higher honour.

Can't let JB do all the heavy lifting.

Happy Tuesday legends.

My heart is still warm from that sensational win.

P.S: Get stuffed Kirby

Seeing as we’re understandably knighting people for keeping the thread on the first page, I’m going to feel justified in boring you all with some running stuff.

The weather has turned shit and opportunities to hit the track are more limited, so I’m fleshing it out with time on the treadmill. On the advice of one Swipey, I’ve increased my intervals from the 400m I was doing on the track (10 x 400m/200m intervals, 4min/5min pace) to be doing 6 x 4 min/2 min intervals at 15kmh/8kmh. Feeling stronger already and the HR isn’t getting up as high. Looking forward to seeing how I go at my next ParkRun and in preparation for Run Melbourne (10km) in late July. The aim is to go sub-45 min for 10km, which would be a big step up for me.

In case we needed further convincing, Jeff Kennett is a genuine fughead. He has suggested a 2 year ban for illicit drug use. No other sport in the world does this. He really needs to go away.

I’m not enjoying the current crucifixion of Bailey Smith. Such hypocrisy by the media and the AFL. He’s just another immature kid, doing what thousands of other immature - and not so immature🙃 - kids do.

P.S. I didn’t like and am not excusing his head butting.

You're taking instruction from arSwipe? Why don't you just kneecap yourself instead?

Tony Armstrong once played two games of footy in one day for the Pies. His energy is irrepressible.

Give him the gold Logie.

The AFL needs to ditch the illicit drugs policy. It is complete garbage and became unnecessary as soon as they went under the WADA Code.

Not long after that he had his scarf stolen and was seen chasing after the guy saying that’s muppets Mum’s scarf.
Pleasingly….

10 @ sub 4:30 is very good pace brother (even if it means you have to accept help from Swipey to achieve this noble goal).
