Funnily enough I ordered a whisky today from a restaurant. Real busy so one of the chefs delivered it to me. Complete with bits of parsley stuck on the outside of the glass.

I don't like the curly stuff. Sticks in your throat. I only cut the flat stuff and it cuts alright

I had roasted duck tonight with a homemade chilli sauce and rice.
I was thinking this tastes better than chicken. Taste is a little similar. Quail is nice.
Never liked Turkey meat.

Sounds good to me with some fava beans and a nice chianti.

Chicken must be fried and spicy.

Can’t imagine a context in which I would bother to eat apricot, unless it was soaked in vodka.

Classic. Haven't had it for about 30 years. Might have to give it a go. Mum thought she was being very classy and cosmopolitan when she opened a tin of apricots poured it on some chicken and banged it in the oven.

Too true, I have shown superhuman restraint. As a general rule, fruit has no place with savoury dishes … who puts pineapple on a burger or a pizza?!? Same with an apricot and chicken, just wrong, wrong, wrong.
