Ballas was fined $900 a couple of years ago for pulling Harry O'Brien's hair.
Mzungu certainly had his hair pulled but you're allowed to do that to Freo players, just like you're allowed to hit them in the throat and shove their face in the turf (yet get a free kick for that) and potentially eye gouge and everything else in between
Pretty sure Ballantyne got a 900 buck fine for hair pulling against Harry O.

I watched Taken last night and that dude killed people several times by hitting them in the throat. Didn't see him pinch anyone to death though.

I remember Daniel Kerr Punching a hawks player in the groin at tassie in 2005, Kerr didnt get fined or suspended.
Soft, should have gotten 3 weeks for those pinches.. Said no-one ever.
