Observations about last nights game. Nepal will be better for the experience if they get more games against the West Indies but they clearly looked a class below in terms of batting.

Commentators mention that Nepal qualifying for these qualifiers alone was a huge thing back home. Mentioned that their fans are right up there in terms of passion for the game back home.

Cricket is massive in Nepal. Their home ground sold out for basically every League 2 game they played to the point where they had multiple issues with stampedes.

That shouldn't come as a surprise considering how close Nepal is to India, it makes sense that they would be mad about cricket like the Indian fans are.

Munsey out really hurts Scotlands batting and its showing. They're 4/48 after 15.

Oman 4/47 after 14 against SL. Lahiru Kumara has been too quick for them.

Got a few down a the club I play for, always the first to arrive and last to leave. Would be better on international level if they had enough money in their country for it to be professional

Hasaranga has 9 wkts @ 3.22 and an economy rate of 2.63 for the tournament so far. He might be slightly too good for the level of the UAE and Oman.
He is a gun, surprised he's only ranked 26th in ODI Cricket, I'd have him as one of the best white ball bowlers in the world based on his T20 form.

Always get a good crowd, would be nice to see the country be more stable and have teams tour more often
No place else in the world like Zimbabwe. Been fortunate to spend a lot of time here and no where will you find more resilient, smart and good-natured people. Shame things haven't settled post Mugabe, but get rid of Zanu PF in free elections and Zimbabwe will bounce back as a nation.
