Ok, double post. Here's some screens from early Corpo play through, I'll get some more next time I'm out at night. I made sure to snap them between dialogue to make sure I didn't break my own rules and had to infract myself. This isn't a dick swinging contest (I tried that in the character creation), but if anyone wants to upload some comparison photos on their platform to put against a high end PC to see if it's the game itself that's underwhelming or just some versions of the game. Not sure how well they can be viewed seeing as I'm on an ultrawide display. Also seems like there is a little loss of fidelity from the Steam screen shot but I think the main details are still there.

Also need to get this off my chest. The missus was having a conference meeting on the latop from the kitchen which faces my computer. I told her to direct the laptop away just in case something naughty comes up while I'm playing. When she was finished she came over and got mad. I thought it was the game. It was actually because I was farting IRL. I didn't realise because I have headphones on.

I'm gonna have to stop playing on XSX and buy it on PC to play ultrawide.

Only beef so far is that for some reason menus are in 16:9. 99% of the time it's no problem but it means tutorial boxes are being cut off as they hang over the side. Clearly they're decent programmers and programming the UI elements to relative screen area and not magic numbers/pixels, but unfortunately until they fix it then you'll have to guess what half the tutorials are saying lol. I'm sure it's something they'll fix in a pretty early patch as it shouldn't be too much trouble and because there are a lot of people complaining about it.

edit: it's like what happens in this guy's video (tutorial footage, shouldn't be spoilery)

Yep, I've run into the same thing two or three times in the 3-ish hours I've played so far

I have no idea what I'm levelling up. I just know I want to hack and stuff so I'm putting points into intelligence and perks that I'm not even really sure what they do or how useful they'll be.

To be honest this didn't wow me out of the blocks, but the more I play the more I'm getting drawn in. I'm actually bummed for those who probably won't get that far to experience it yet whether that be for technical problems or deciding to wait for next gen upgrades.

Surely an option opens up down the line where you can reset your perks so you can tailor them to any way you want.

I don't know I had no bugs when I played Assassin's Creed Unity when it was a new and broken game.

This is very much an issue of individual experience.

Haven’t really had any issues on pc. Nothing game breaking at least, only running with a 1060 super too until my 3080 arrives. Rest of pc has been upgraded already tho.

How are you finding it with the 1060? Mine was runnings terribly so I gave up in the end.
