Yah I thought only murder charges etc. were dealt with swiftly

Just some girl with some photos saying shit - she's not even 18 yet

If it was a well respected MP or someone of a similar stature saying he/she had photos and they were accusing players of stuff like that then yeah swift legal action may have occured

but not for something like this - been blown way out of proportion

but not for something like this - been blown way out of proportion

it is probably just a directions hearing, those don't take plenty of time to get. It could be nothing more than setting down trial dates or seeking a further order against the publishing of photos given she has already made one comment about doing so when it expires.

the photos went viral, no point in having a court order stopping her from further publishing pics unless they suspect she has more.

Someone would have asked for a frank disclosure of what she may have, if the answer was 3 photos you would wonder why there was a mad screaming rush to get a court order stopping her from posting them or getting facebook to take them down, the job was done.

However, if the answer came back, well there is those 3 and I don't know but there could be this, and this and this and this you can see why they took the action so she didnt just create a new email address and an alternate profile and go on her merry way which she could have done anyway admittedly altho' defying a court order isn't a wise move.
