You think she is a hacker? A cat burglar? You are kidding yourself. The AFL at no stage denied that players from St Kilda had slept with her. Not sure if you noticed the big press conference earlier in the week where St Kilda came out and said one of their players had a habit of taking homo-erotic photos of team mates and storing them on his computer? That was to refute claims that she took the photos right? So where was the press conference to say that the players didn't sleep with her? If they didn't do it you can bet your balls that they would have made a huge song and dance about it. Instead what they said was that "our players have not engaged in any illegal activity". If you need more confirmation than that then you will never be convinced.

IIRC its the house he shares with his girlfriend.

There is no evidence that Gilbert slept with her. None.
There is only her word and honestly if she said black was black I'd be inclined to believe it was white with the amount of lies that she has been caught out telling.

The only gullible ones here are the ones believing what she says. In fact, I find it quite laughable.

Why would the AFL have met with her "about 20 times" and offered counselling if there was no evidence of impropriety on behalf of at least 1 of their employees?

The AFL suggest they have offered counselling to the girl. I see this as where the process went wrong from the beginning.

Surely the AFL offering counselling on AFL issues is a conflict of interests. There is no way in hell that in over 20 meetings that the AFL would have had the girls welfare in mind. Their focus would have been entirely on the AFL brand and how best to protect it and its stars from being tainted.

In 20 meetings, surely they could have come to some agreement of terms, external counselling and welfare.

How come the police officer was charged with having sex with a minor (cant remember technical term) and no footballers have been? Even though she was pregnant at the time, which I am sure was said in court, meaning she was with the footballer first?

I am sure a good prosecutor could link the football clinic and meeting up afterwards, if they wanted to. Presenting any mobile phone records (texts/phone calls) could do that.

If they are all innocent, have their day in court to prove it.

The actual photos are the tip of the iceberg IMO.

Because the age of consent in Vic is different if one person is in a position of authority e.g. police officer, teacher etc.
If they're getting an injunction won't they have to name what/who the photos are of etc. or will they be able to stop her publiching any photos?

Fair enough. Stretching a long bow here but, if they originally met at the Footy Clinic, and evidence (mobile phone/Social Network records)supports the players knew this. Can they be charged in a similar way? As they were running the clinic and in effect the student was under their care at the time of first meeting.

Still think the whole thing is sus.

If the girl thinks she is "legit" she should take it to court and expose it all there.

Not that its anyone's business anyway.

Note : I'm not saying he didn't. But I'm not saying he did either. People have to bear in mind how unreliable and unstable this girl obviously is and take everything she says with a grain of salt.

she has said repeatedly that her parents arent talking to her and arent supporting her in all this. now if you were a parent, and you think there is even a slight chance your 17 year old daughter had been legitimately used or abused, wouldnt you be the first ones to support her? i think thats the main part where she lost me.

Even a Restraining order for this crazy person? Yes

But I think that skimming her earnings for the next 15 years is a bit much.
