What's the difference?The clear implication by the journalists is that there are multiple photos - ones we have seen, and ones we haven't.

You honestly think that if the only other photo they had was the Dal Santo photo already shown- that they would have phrased it as they did? There's more to reading than just reading- there's the comprehension part as well.

I don't imagine there's much need for Gilbert to bring his personal computer to training, but maybe things are desperate down at Moorabbin.

I think it's been established that the photos were taken from Gilbert's personal computer while the girl was at his house using his computer under another premise - ie, he permitted her to use his computer for whatever reason (she probably asked if she could check her Facebook) but she ended up going through his Photos folder without his knowledge or consent.

It has nothing to do with the laptops at Moorabbin which were for official not personal use. Just Derryn being cheeky.

With Social Networking, there is no way you can supress anything. Sure the mainstream media may not publish, but in the future this form of media will become less relevant. A deterrant, maybe, but you really think that would stop like minded people. It stops those who think of consequenses, not those that dont. Once it is out there, it is too late.

Roo taking her money for 15 years will just make him look the bad guy. He should be mad at his team mate for leaving such photos on an unsecured laptop. He could at least have a password on his laptop. It seems her computer savvy is limited to the general Twitter and FB, doubt she could hack a protected laptop.

A lot of people don't use social media, if all they can do is stop the mainstream media then from their point of view it's a small win in a nasty situation.

I am sure Roo is angry at both of them. Note I did not say he would do it, just that that is how I would be feeling if I was him. He will get more then enough advice about not doing it so he does not look like the bad guy.

Yep, that's one. She claims that it's from a sister-hotel in Melbourne. but anyone with half a brain can reason that it more than likely came from Gilbert and she made that up.

I am given to understand that she had a rotten childhood & has issues with her parents, particularly her father. Not saying she was abused, I do not know but clearly she has some mental demons.

I hear homeless, abused, not communicating with parents, immature, skitzo etc.

I see the AFL/St.Kilda being held to call, court injunctions, trips to QLD, media exposure.

I'm beginning to think that this girl isn't as dumb as she is being portrayed.

What's the bet though that if the court case comes through and prevents her form posting the photos- and she follows the law, then you'll claim that she never had photos. Cause people go to court to ensure that something that doesn't exist doesn't get published

Hmmmm.... so my conclusions from this... there are more pictures on Gilberts computer of a personal and/or damaging and/or scandalous nature

AND

she is banned thru the court system of publishing THESE (ie photos that are also on Gilberts hard drive)...

If she has others that were NOT from his computer then I can't see how they can stop her publishing those, and I think they are not covered under this court order.
