If you breakdown the deal we pretty much getting 13 and 29 for Houston, The only way this can be anywhere near acceptable is if they already have agreed to a trade with another club 13 and 29 for 2 late first round picks.

With this it has us paying 39 for Richards, our future first for Lukosius and we get a pick upgrade of 58 to 36 for taking on Ratkins contract.

It's pretty ordinary but if they have another deal in place they can say they got what they wanted,

I'm so sick of picks in the 19-24 range being called first round picks. That's not a first round pick. If we end up with 3 picks in the 19-29 range, we've lost the trade badly.
