Reported on Ch7 news tonight that a man who claimed he was the one who hit Swan came to them and wanted $5k to tell his story. Ch7 refused to pay and then he took off.

Maybe we could start a collection and get a BigFooty exclusive

You know I'm very torn on this one which does disturb me. One the one hand I think it's a despicable act and that the bloke who hit Swan needs to be made a real example of to ensure that it puts off others performing the same act.

On the other hand, I'm with many other posters on this site in that Swan got his just desserts.

Leaning towards the latter...dog act previously and this is the square up.

Didn't look like Swan had a scratch on him at training yesterday. So the guy mustn't have connected that well. Another bullcrap and overblown story from Channel Seven.

Now there's an organisation with a great track record of revealing the true facts.

I presume you're referring to the Didak/Shaw incident. In that case, it wasn't the club that lied, it was the 2 players in question. And considering how the club handled those 2 player after the truth came out, I can't see any other players at Collingwood lying to the club in this manor again, Swan included.
