Well it has come out today that Swan did make the payment 5 weeks ago. Apparently the paper has to make a retraction or legal action will be forwarded to them.

He has permanently alerted another persons life for the worse. On top of it there is trouble over compo payment.

2. Carey's mates including Swan came back to help him and kicked the shit out of the guards and cleaner who had decided to go to town on their mate. Cleaner comes off worst, realized has copped a whack from AFL listed player, employs a lawyer.
3. Case settled out of court.
4. Swan pays his share, others cant. All 3 get fined by court for not paying.
5. Morons believe everything they read in the Herald Sun and post in Bay 13.
