Where do you guys rank the standard of the DFA compared to the other leagues in Tasmania?

NTFL
SFL
NWFA
Old Scholars

Circular Head

Much of a muchness in the middle there.

ntfa much better league then dfa and nwfa. david wickham would kick 200 goals a season in both leagues plus georgetown would beat most of the ntfl teams

I've only seen a few games of the NTFA and wasn't a big fan.

NTFA is a fairly strong league. Would be on par with SFL and NTFL. Wickam not that good. Scott Bryan killed him in the Rep game this year!

Got to get through this week yet remember but the ones are travelling well at the right time of the year for sure and your twos have not put one foot wrong till last week, ground heavy last night at Somerset if you want to let the selectors know up the hillWe will get another crack at Ridgley dont worry about that and somerset in the twos.Mark my words.Go Pies

Might make some alterations for you Big Bad Cam, your not close on some.
SFL much stronger than the NTFL, More teams and just bigger population base for better players not playing TSL. The NTFA is very strong and not far if not on par with the NTFL this year. Remembering they drew in the rep game. Lots of fringe players and top line players from the three TSL launy clubs running around in that league now.

I think you're spot on there still Kickin. Didn't NTFA pants DFA this year??The big difference I've noticed from playing in DFA and Old Scholars, is the average age. Old Scholars seem to be younger and the players that drop down from SFL are still decent players that could still play in a higher level.. Where DFA is more where good footballers go to die.. (sorry BJ & co) aimed more at the Chalky's and Wisha's.

Hope Wish doesmt see this or he will come a hunting-Wish and Chalky, two of the hardest going around.Actually good that they drop down to share their vast experience asthey have both played Statewide back when the standard would shit all over the TSL today !

No disrespect to any of the old boys running around for DFA, they were all champions in their day. I used to love watching Wisha run around (elbows flying) in the old statewide league. Chalky is a legend but I don't think I would call him hard!!

Gardiner, Max Fisher Milo Scooter dann but I thought MOPPA was very good
