The sooner Port go back to not giving a hoot or a holler about what non Port Adelaide people think of us in our fever for victories the sooner we will attract people to our club well worthy of ferocious support. It seems a lot of our newer supporters are more than happy to say to our players after another ten goal loss~BAD LUCK FELLAS BETTER LUCK NEXT WEEK. Port trying to be everybodies friend is just pathetic in the true sense of the word pathetic. Port in its hay days did sensationally well with an unspoken telepathic mantra of YOU ARE EITHER WITH US OR AGAINST US.

He's actively changed who the Port Adelaide football club are. The proof is his quote with Eddy Cornes, when asked if there is a chance that Hinkley could leave before the end of the season, said everything we need to know. Koch said Port Adelaide isn't that club. That's everything wrong with him and the Port Adelaide football club he's created.

There was a time when Port Adelaide only cared about winning. Nothing else. It's what got the club into the AFL in the first place. Now it's a club that is placating a coach that has tried hard for 13 years but will ultimately fall short of the goal. He will get a victory lap based on the fact he tried hard, and got close a few times but ultimately fell short. Who's behind that? Koch. He cannot admit his coach fell short and the goalposts were shifted for what Port Adelaide stood for and the happy clappers stood by and allowed it. That's their legacy as well. They sit hand in hand with Koch in the slow eradication of everything Port Adelaide stood for.

There was a time when I lived in Perth that I'd fly from Perth to Melbourne for games, and to Adelaide. I also paid for a Club 1870 membership although I lived interstate. Since moving back to Adelaide I'm not a Port Adelaide member anymore, and I rarely go to games. It's not the Port Adelaide I know and generations of my family played for. It's a morons plaything who made it the nicest club in Australia. The fact it was allowed to happen is why Koch needs to go, and is why Port Adelaide will never resemble themselves while he is in charge of the club.

Rant over, had to get it off my chest after last night's debacle which wasn't a surprise, it was just more of the same.

The kokmeister saying from virtually day one that he wanted `Port to be everyone's second club' should have rung alarm bells that would have been heard in outer space!

It would be impossible to even imagine club greats like `Big Bob' McLean, Fos Williams, John Cahill, Russell Ebert, and numerous others ever making a garbage comment like that!

Stop buying memberships, boycott the resigme until those in charge leave. They hate our club, and use it as an instrument to further their own interests and public profile. The players aren't to blame, they haven't been taught the right way and the club legends have been kept at arms length, characterised as mere bogeymen.

There is a wonderful book called Dynasty outlining the dynasty of our club and the sacrifices and toil it took to achieve its success.

There are some wonderful memories of our club I hold dear and will continue to enjoy privately and in retrospect. Until then I wait.

Saddest thing is the author of the wonderful book Dynasty, Michaelangelo Rucci, has since become the current administration’s chief peddler of propaganda.
