This off-season is going to be huge. I don't reckon there will be a week that'll go by that won't feature some sort of news involving us whether it's player movement, coaching movement or draft

Agree. Most from that era coaches and selected players is the main issue and should move on. Hard to rebuild with many still at the club.

Can someone tell me what he has achieved as reserves Coach. How many finals and flags has he won coaching his own side.

Our VFL team has as many injuries as the seniors, and he's got them playing competitive football against teams with much better cattle on paper.

Must have been fairly untenable if he's leaving immediately as there's no reason that he couldn't look for future opportunities beyond his current contract while still doing his job now.

+1 for promoting Morris ASAP, we can't afford to lose him. I want Chaplin in for Rutten too. Clean slate for Yze.

Wouldn’t promote Morro right now personally he’s doing well with our vfl team and no real point disrupting the rest of the VFL season by putting forcing someone else to take over so late in the season

Just bump up one of the development guys like Lambert to give them a taste and start planning for next year

If we do want to promote Morris the off season is the time to do it

Hasn't had a full team to pick from all year yet we are still a good chance at playing finals. That means he is playing the guys he does have in positions that best suit their style gives us a chance to win.

Obviously time to go, however, people have some short memories. In his first season as forwards coach, we were the highest scoring side in the comp and were top 3 for efficiency for shots from inside 50's.

Obviously has been hampered the past couple years by injuries to Lynch and Riewoldt and then Jack's retirement.

However, been downhill since that season and we have progressively gotten worse and as a remnant of the Dimma dynasty, an overhaul was definitely needed. Won't be the last to go.
