Right, because what women want most is to be with a really, really short man. He's lucky he can football.
LOL! WTF does height have anything to do with how someone feels for someone else?

Naturally, you're right of course. No short man in the entire history of men has ever married, let alone dated, a woman.
Forfty percent of people know this.

I can say this honestly... if you are cheating on your partner then i don't want you playing at my club, no matter how good you are as a footballer.

That said, everyone deserves a second or third chance, but you are playing in the VFL for a long time while you take stock, and I wouldn't be surprised to see you getting traded out if you are not otherwise a person of character or needing serious support.

I don't mind young or even old footballers playing the field, but cheating on someone they have introduced to the group as their partner is something different.
Oh my. You have your head in the sand bigtime if you don't think it is common for footy players to do this. Ever been on a footy trip or seen afl players out?

My cousin slept with one of my all time favourite Hawks players and he has a wife and a few kids.

Footy players regularly do this. They are like rockstars with great bodies. Monogamy can be hard enough for the average joe. Having multiple attractive women wanting to bed you when you most likely have a huge ego due to your job makes things very difficult.

Spot on Dirty Bird!

Below is my opinion, if Zorko's ex was responsible for the post.

If Zorko is well advised, he needs to make a complaint, in person, at a Police Station & ask for a Domestic Violence Order be applied for to protect himself and their child. QP should then apply for a DV order on his behalf. The Queensland Domestic & Family Violence Act demands she be charged with the relevant criminal offence, so QP should charge her. If Zorko took the above advice, this is how I believe it would play out. The Police would tell him he probably deserved it & he can apply for a DV Order himself. In relation to criminal charges against his ex, the Police would say "It's not in the Public Interest". If he protested to Police, he would be given the directive to "Leave the Station". edit** Imo Zorko would need to take a well respected Solicitor with him to have a chance of being protected by the relevant legislation & being taken seriously by Police.**
If Zorko's ex gets in first & attends a Police Station, she could say "He's calling me and harassing me" "I don't feel safe". Police would be very sympathetic towards her, take a Statement, apply for a DV Order most likely with the child as a Named Person.

Again my opinion, if the roles were reversed.

Zorko's ex would rightfully make a complaint to the Police & QP would rightfully apply for an order on Zorko's ex's behalf (& get one in Court). QP would rightfully charge Zorko with a Criminal offence under the relevant legislation.

Almost - The Domestic and Family Violence Act has nothing to do with criminality unless an order made under it is breached. The orders are civil, not criminal.

There are specialised courts for domestic violence in Queensland and most other states (domestic violence courts). Also, domestic violence under the act is defined widely and includes emotional, financial, physical etc abuse. If Dayne was to take this path (which would be surprising), it is pretty likely that a civil order would be made by the magistrate.

The role-reversal thing would require more evidence than cheating. A domestic violence order can restrict your autonomy quite a bit and he is hasn't abused anybody on the facts provided.

No violence. No threats of violence. Not even any mental abuse.

Folks have been opening and attending to their spouse’s correspondence forever.

Maybe she broke Insta’s terms of agreement, and maybe he did too by giving out his password - but neither are criminal nor grounds for a DVO.

Nothing to do with DV, regardless of gender.

No Hawthorn players ever cheat. I'm sure of it.

She’s the mother of his kid, he cheats on her, what recourse does she have? Shame him in front of his community.

That’s the way it has always worked since we were living in caves.

If this were cave times, Zorko would have had a harem of 8 mistresses and none of this mess would have happened.

Who did your cousin bang?

People like you that make it hard to be a person of interest on social media.
Just out of curiosity, exactly how boring do you need to be before you give even half a **** about a person of interests' instagram account?

Edit: just kidding :p

He deserves everything.

If you read the Queensland Domestic & Family Violence Act you will discover your opinion is not based on the law. However, as it appears you are taking a dismissive stance on men being targeted with Domestic Violence by women, it ought be comforting to you that imo Police routinely take a similarly dismissive position towards men who seek protection from women under the legislation. I ought make it very clear, if a man was to take control over his ex-girlfriends social media and write what we have seen I would be most supportive of the woman seeking protection under the legislation. I am certain she would be granted a Protection Order & I am certain Police would apply for the Order.

Are you legit saying that cheating on your wife and refusing to shake someone's hand is worse than beating the **** out of your partner? I'm sure I've read that wrong, you could not possibly be saying that. Please tell me you just worded that really badly.

Not even close to that.
I'm saying that Ryan's indistection should result in a far harsher punishment, BUT he isn't the captain of his club. Zorkos punishment should involve the stripping of his leadership. If he wasn't captain then there wouldn't really be a need for any punishment.

Almost - The Queensland Domestic & Family Violence Act makes it very clear. If the act of domestic violence is also a criminal offence then criminal charges need to be pursued. For example: In the bad old days, a bloke gives his wife a shove & her shoulder is hurt, this bloke (in the bad old days) would usually only have a Protection Order made against him. This is not an acceptable outcome. The legislation makes it clear that the bloke in this case needs to face criminal charges also. Those charges would not be heard in the Specialist DV Court (presided over by Magistrates) rather it would be a matter for criminal prosecution in the "normal" Magistrates Court.

Your comment on the role reversal aspect is unclear. edit** Maybe you need to re-read what I have written on the reversal of roles?**

I find this all rather fanciful.

If a man (or woman) went to the police and said: "I banged someone behind my partner's back, they found out, logged into my phone and posted a picture of me passed out on the couch with some shitty text on instagram" I'd really hope the copper would tell them to **** off and stop wasting everyone's time.

If it results in a loss of income , then I wouldn’t blame him for taking legal measures . I doubt he will do so anyway , but there’s a right and wrong way to handle an incident like this.

Using social media which can affect his career wouldn’t be the smartest way to go about it personally.
