Well, it was a painful, humiliating thread for much of the year but at least it had a happy ending.
Pick 16-18, bravo :clapping:

In a year of actually getting enjoyment out of football again, this thread was the highlight. Thank you.

I know a place in Mansfield where you can hire cheap snow chains if that's any help?? :moustache:
What sort of pleb needs to hire a set?

still a closer game than the Alice game

We were decimated by injury for that Alice game.. What was Melbourne’s excuse today?

But if you want to cling to the memory of the Alice game if it makes you feel better then just go right ahead... we crow supporters certainly won’t be thinking about the Alice game whilst we’re spending your 2018 first round draft pick..

Ed Richard was pick 16 last year

Jack Higgins was pick 17

Those two lads are gonna be guns given what we’ve see so far.. so I’m not exactly sure what point you’re trying to make here but it’s a rather silly one... compounded by the fact that this year’s draft is stronger than last years..

The arrogance of Melbourne supporters this year is one of the more baffling things, you'd think they'd carry themselves with some humility after all these years.

That's pretty sad.
What’s sad is this whole thread - in particular, the posts from today. I’m glad Melbourne falling over in a Prelim seemingly brought you more joy than the entire season your football club had.

Until next year, friends. Hopefully next time you try to ‘death ride’ a team, it doesn’t lead to their best season in 18 years.

That’s funny. This is our worst season in 18 years which would also be your second best season in 18 years *

* have allowed for rounding adjustments

Best season in 18 years?

**** me, that's even more funny!

The amount of flags won in that time? Zero each, with one side a whole lot closer to winning their next one than the other.

Yep. That’s what we said last year. And Freo not long before that.

But good for you kid.

Maybe make a GF first. Instead of shitting your dacks in a Prelim.
