Ugly: going on and on about crowd numbers. From someone who lives in Tassie and doesn't have a local team in the afl and we rarely get afl here, I say who gives a crap.

Bad: crap umpiring again.

Good: playing good footy and winning.

TBH last time I went to the footy it was shit.

Some of the stands were blocked off with tickets sold in batches, so even though there were areas pretty much empty everyone was still crammed in, some of the bars were closed, the bars that were open had ridiculous wait times for a drinkie, like you might be lucky missing half a quarter type ridiculous, the chips didn't have any salt: ****ing tight arses, tomato sauce ok fair enough maybe I'll pay 20 cents for some tomato sauce that's not great but it's acceptable behaviour for a large venue, but put some ****ing salt on the chippies you tight campaigners. The lines to get in to the venue were bullshit, show us your certificate, download this, scan that, can you please adjust the brightness on your phone sir? Sorry this scanner didn't work can you go open the app again please? Great now you can go to the next gate.

No extra public transport or anything so you get stuck on the train packed in like achoivies or whatever fish it is, as if there was no such thing as a pandemic hey **** you I'm big and fat and smoke and have comorbidities falling out of my arse I don't want football nuffies sweating on me on the train with their shitty covid infected sweat, I'm not testing out how good my vaccine works just to watch some shit I can see for free on TV with nice big serves of chippies that have as much lovely salt and tomota sauce as I want and I don't miss half the game waiting for coke a cola, served nice and fresh in a tall glass with ice blocks just how I like it and not lukewarm out of a ****ing plastic shitty bottle, and don't get me started on whatever passes for beer at the game, yeah yeah fancy nice MCC or some places might serve you decent beers but **** that watered down "great northern" shit that you get in the stands.

People are shit too why would I subject myself to being near people if I didn't have to, **** that.

I was down at Gosches last year at training like the nuffie I am, and Tom Sparrow was having shots on goal at the end of the session, did not miss one, he’s a dead eye dick and can bin them from 50+ out, gun.

Liked that sparrow used his athleticism a few times and broke through congestion. Takes a fair load off Trac and Oliver if he can do that. Also no surprise Viney is having a good season, apparently was his first ever full preseason over the break.

I think we are at the point where the changes thread is almost redundant. Doesn't matter if Spargo or Harmes has a down week because they play their roles so well. We have a set best team who work their ass off. They've played 50 odd games together and multiple preseasons.

Ugly- Chick umpire, in the bin mate get down to the 2s and learn how to actually umpire. One of the standout worst umpiring performances I can remember.

If the women ump gets another game this week the AFL is being sexist against men, no chance that performance gets you another gig if youre a bloke. Should be sued by a male ump who's forced to go around in the state leagues if she does, you'd win in court given the evidence on Saturday night.

The umpiring was worse against Port and you didn't carry on nearly this much about it.

I also said in the review thread last week how shit was the umpiring once, the same amount of times ive said it in this weeks thread.

If Tmac of Weid played a game like that I'd flip me lid. He deserves to be dropped for that rubbish. He used to have games where he'd kick 4 for us and was completely crap. He'd hide in the goal square and wait for perfect delivery and ball movement or fall over and hope for a free. Wouldn't even take him for free he'd completely wreck our forward line.

People complain about Eleni more because she's recognisable, that's it. Same thing happens with Razor. You ask the majority of people to put a face to a name of every other umpire in the comp and they'd struggle, so when they make a shit call it's just another green maggot. Regardless, the umpiring on Saturday was no where near as bad as many have made out. Even some of biggest howlers people complained about like the Langdon push were there. No one was complaining when the Giants player got done for HTB even though he got a kick away though.

That's not true mate he mentioned it in the thread and so did I. She guessed that decision. I normally don't care about umpiring but she had a meltdown in the second quarter. She paid a run of like 11 out of 12 frees and there were a stack of howlers for both sides
