McIntosh needs to stay. We lost two ultimate clubman in Baker and Graham. Macca is a heart and soul of the club type. We'd lose out culture wisenif Macca goes imo. A perfect example of the right attitude and work ethic equating to success for those new draftees coming in.

Kamdyn's form has dropped significantly and wont improve as a 31 year old
Im not a massive Dow fan but i think 1 more year

Dow has just turned 23 today and is the right age group to stay another year with Baker Bolton gone could add depth in the area of the ground if we get injuries.

I would keep Dow over Kamdyn

It's the smartest call...but really depends on the final draft haul!

he shouldve done something this year. didnt have to dominate but just show some positive signs and progress with opportunities opening up at senior level. can see why dimma was hesitant to play him seems to just crumble mentally at the slightest hurdle.

Richmond currently have 8 spare senior list spots with 2 extra rookies that were selected in the MSD. Therefore will need to free up 2 or more spots for the 8 selections they have in the ND

Decisions will need to be made on the out of contract players

Agree that if we retain our 8 picks until the draft we must delist 2 of our uncontracted players. If we used all 8 in the draft (unlikely) we would also need to free another spot for 1st pick in the PSD. So we will definitely look to move one or more of our 8 picks to selection(s) in 2025 so that we have space for PSD.

Should just move onto the 2025 delistings. Sonsie and who else? At this stage it looks like all the others out of contract in 2025 are likely to get an extension. Maybe blight or young are a delisting candidate as well?

Given the amount of experience that's just walked out the door, I suspect we won't delist many... rather I expect we'll upgrade our picks... depends on who they've got in mind and what Intel they may have on other clubs potential selections

agree.....draft 7 + elevate 3. We love the PSD draft. I think the club has delisted and re rookied players before. we need to add 3 or 6 to the rookie list. Dow be a good candidate for that. muscle up. Yze selects him and Kmac Can't believe Kmac hasn't got a contract already . Undroppable under 3 coaches.
At the selection table Cumbo & Coulthard are too far behind MRJ, Mansell, Campbell, Clarke, Sonsie. 2 gun mids pushes Hopper, Taranto, Prestia half fwd. Or a drafted kid, or 3rd KPF.

Has he been delisted? now twice. Kmac is a winger, gets selected for his tank. Seth Campbell is providing that now. Jack Ross, Hugo playing wing.

I wondered this. We have always had that one free player who doesn't have to do much defensively but is free. Dusty and Bolton sometimes, with Lambert bless him covering the other way. Cumbo is probably the best to try in that role now. Imagine he explodes! 3 goals a game and 20 possessions!!

I think that considering we are in rebuild mode Macca has to go sadly. We still have enough experience to help the kids. Either Cumberland or Coulthard will be the other to go. Most likely Cumberland. So 2 more delistings. 8 kids in the door is a lot in one season. If we delist a third player then perhaps another delisted free agent or a VFL player comes in after training with us over summer which has served us well. It is likely based on percentages that at least one of our ACL players will have a repeat rupture, so based on the player type, we replace them mid season.
