Wow... Thornton was apparently a guaranteed starter for Seniors this season bar his injury, so why the drop?? 
Like last year we upgraded two rookie listed player's. Both Smith and O'Dwyer ares similar types. I'm not sold on Smith but O'Dwyer looks to be the better of the two IMO.
Brennan was one of two player's elevated onto the list last year and I was quite strong at the time that it was a bad decision by the club. His subsequent delisting vindicates my previous thoughts.
Sorry, but that couldn't be further from the truth.
O'Dwyer is a quick, elusive outside midfielder.
Smith is a tough inside mid who knocks up getting the pill. Needs a pre-season or two to build up some core strength and it may be a while before we see him mixing it in the seniors in that role, but eventually I have no doubt he will move into that role.
O'Dwyer will always be an outside player.
Both have heaps of potential.
What I meant by in simlar types was in body shape. Instead of elevating two "similar types", we may have wanted to try our luck at the draft table instead. As I said earlier, last year we upgraded Brennan, in hindsight, we were much better off having a crack at a kid.

I would not be at all surprised if Thornton is picked back up as a rookie.

He is thinking of designing his own g-string range, either that, or he will play in the VFL

There is nothing wrong with smoking crack, it is hypocritical to like football and say you should not smoke crack.
More players have been injured playing football than smoking crack.

Why? It is SANFL, and I am referring to the South Australian National Football League, or perhaps he'll go to the VFL.
He'd get better quality footy, and would probably get paid a bit more to play footy.

Sorry soph, i am a bit embarrased about my crack habit. It is not the sort of thing most guys my age do and i am a bit ashamed. I guess i was trying to justify myself at your expense, sorry.
I will try and deal with it myself or just accept it, rather than trying to blame other people in the future.

Probably likely, because I didn't see that coming at all. He's been in good, solid, consistent form and has so many things going for him right now.

From reading the rules, there appeared to be no purpose in that. We are allowed to retain more than we did.
