It was great to see the boys have a go last night. In the past 2-3 seasons, if we were 40 points down at half time you put your house on us losing my 100 points. Not now. They actually have pride in wearing the jumper. Great second half and I reckon we could have got them if it wasn't for DeLuca continually stuffing this up.

I don't know about everyone else, but I played footy as a junior and the coach always drummed into us to keep our feet. Have a look at the tape and I reckon nearly every contest he would go to ground. This is not good enough.

His reaction times are also shocking. Too many mistakes, too clumsy. Why play this guy? Put in O'Halpin, or give the other young kids a go.

cheers,

Yep, I think everyone would have to agree.

Let's hope the team selectors do.

Nowhere near the player that had a great first season. Looks out of place and down on confidence.

Unfortunately Archie looks like being one of those gambles that bears a decent crop first up and then is barren forever more. We have to remember he was a mature age VFL player when we picked him and has done well to be on an AFL list entering his 3rd season.

PLZZZ PLZZZZZZZZZ PLLLZZZZZZ CAN WE PUT BRYAN IN... take out this watse of space in deluca and put in bryan...he will give you more effort, flair and goal kicking...
when deluca took a mark about 55 out last nyte he ahd to look off and pass...put bryan in this situation and he would be shooting...his ability to have long range shots would be a great avantage...

flipping GET BRYAN IN THE SIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll tell you what. Deluca is no substitute for a fit Brad Fisher.

It seemed like whenever we broke down up forward, Deluca was involved. - A bit harsh, but he really frustrated the hell out of me.

I totally agree. DeFluke-a was completely terrible last night, he's a completely useless player wherever you put him. Just becuase he's 6'9 or whatever means jack, he has the co-ordination of Timmy from South Park, but I reckon Bryan woulda done better. He can't be playing any worse than DeFLuke-a can he?
