I keep hearing the process has been terrible.

There really is no proper process for something like this. I'm not exactly sure what anyone expected. The victims are saying one thing happened. The accused are saying they did nothing wrong and haven't had a chance to tell their side, yet have not said that it didn't happen.

My gut feel is that the victims just haven't agreed to any of the $ figures that have been put up by Clarko and Co. That's how these "processes" get finished quickly. That's probably what's getting to Fagan and Clarko, they haven't been able to wriggle their way out with cash this time.
