If we dont get Shiel i think we would be into him.Does he dominate,at lower levels though? I get how hard it would be to get a game in Brissyys midfield

Pretty wild how very few AFL listed players make that team overall
Considering Dev only played 13 of the 18 H&A games and still made it, yeah its surprising.Pretty wild how very few AFL listed players make that team overall

Robertson has told Brisbane that he wants to explore his options during this year's Trade Period, having been limited to just two senior games in 2024. The inside midfielder drew significant interest from West Coast last year, albeit under a different list management team, but elected to stay at the Lions on a two-year deal. The Eagles have monitored Robertson again, but are yet to bite, while a couple of Victorian clubs also had some passing interest during the season. The likelihood is that Robertson will stay at Brisbane in 2025, where he is contracted, but a move elsewhere could still eventuate late.
Thats fine, hes a nice to have if cheap enough but not a need at all. I suspect he has more interest from Vic than us at this stage anyway
The Lions are keen to keep former first round pick Dev Robertson as he assesses interest from West Coast.
The midfielder would like to get to the Pies but their dealings with Port Adelaide defender Dan Houston would likely have to fall over for Collingwood to enter the picture.
West Coast also has some interest but has plenty of trade balls in the air, with Robertson’s salary of around $500,000 not helping his trade prospects.
Most Players would be on 500 thousand next year I'm pretty sure the OP is just guessingFrom the article:
McStay would be handy back with Danniher retiring.Have heard from a reliable source Brisbane are keen on a player back, instead of a pick for Robertson.
Makes complete sense given they are reigning premiers and are bringing in 2 guns already this draft.
Would be a hard sell to convince a midfielder to head up and be a depth player though.
