I know for ADHD some will restrict a lot of "foods" that are known/suspected of making the condition worse or not being generally good for health. You mention sugar, also food colourings, bread/yeast products, salt, eggs, cereal grains etc. Sometimes the list of foods that people don't eat gets so long, they have trouble getting enough and many children are fussy with food to begin with.

They took him to McDonald's.

ADHD is a complex condition which requires medical diagnosis. Not something parents or foster parents should experiment with.

So, did she deliver to FGM, Crabbs, Millers, Savage or AMS (sorry CBF typing the whole thing)?
Did she see any cars parked on Benaroon?
Did she see any kids riding bikes at FGMs?
Any vehicles in FGM driveway?
Anyone else on the street at all?

Why are the answers to these questions not in the public domain? They don't impinge on anyone's privacy.

If the postie delivered at 8.45, the blonde lady at the op shop couldn’t have been the postie as the truckie followed this lady from Kew at 9.00.
If this ladies not the postie, I’m not sure of the relevance of seeing her.

I think a poster mentioned the post lady wears black top and shorts and the post office was close to the op shop. Have had it in my head the ladies probably the postie but maybe not if she delivered the mail this early. Or if she was the postie might have delivered later and maybe the car heard by the Crabbes.

It was delayed. The offer doc was suppisedly due to be signed the week commencing 8 Sep 2014 according to a statement by FM.

It sold in Jan 2015 to the person that had made the above offer. I consider police may have requested a sale delay?

That didnt stop FM and FF going bat out of hell speed to totally rebuild East Killara though!

Submitting alterateration request in Niv 2014 to already submitted plan. The request was to extend bedroom 1 width by a further 1.5 metres. This room is now on 2nd level of what was a one level house.

They then sold it later and I believe a futher sale happened after that.

It seems Jubelin established the postie delivered at 8.45.
Unless the postie drove a black Camry or very similar, there is no reason to assume the postie and Peter's blonde are the same person.

It's interesting the 2 cases that are currently at the top of the crime forum.

You have a bloke (Greg Lynn) whose alibi (death of first wife) is so perfect as to appear contrived. Convenient receipts kept, able to name in exact order each place he went, remembers name of taxi driver etc. Police consider it "over-alibied".

Then you have FM who doesn't remember Arthur from Martha with any chronological clarity whatsoever.

I suppose everyone thinks differently, but I know which one I would be more likely to accept as genuine.

Why should it be particularly noted that the child was distressed and crying and didn't want to go, presumably with strangers or the police?

I think it can be demonstrated that she wasn't comfortable with the police, she waited until the police left her alone with a support worker to say that the FF had put his hands around her neck.

She wasn't removed by the police though. She was removed by the organisation tasked with the fostering. The only time the police had involvement was when they came to her school to question her. And it was reported at the recent inquest that she said the FF did not touch her in the way that was alleged. Quote:

The former foster father was cleared of assaulting the child while implementing a “time out”, which involved him placing his hands on the child’s shoulder and applying pressure in order to place them in a seated position.

Interviews with the child in which they said they had never been hurt by the foster father, helped establish his innocence, McIntyre said. End quote.

The other bombshell that has not been reported that happened at the inquest last week that caused several mouths to drop, was the testimony of the truck driver. He was specifically asked if he had video of the incident. He said no. However, in his written statement, he said he did. It is interesting that he has now claimed he doesn't have video as this would most likely prove where the FM was where she said she was. Otherwise why not show it. So, we should be asking the question, have the police had a little talk with the truck driver?

I wasn't there so I can't say as a fact if the police were in attendance as well when the kids were removed, by an agency that took her from her biological mother in the first.

It would be standard practice for FACCS to remove a child from their home. Sometimes they have police escort if there’s a perceived risk for their own safety, probably more so with bio parents because they’re angry that their children are being taken.
The police have obviously applied for the DVO and charged FPs because yes they were concerned and IMO to build a case of FPs character.
Does the truck driver’s times fit with William’s disappearance? I thought he was meeting with Michelle and loading from 10-11ish?

The postie is part of a highly-organised pedo ring. She knows everyone in Kendall and provided the tipoff that kids would be visiting FGM.
Two pedos in two cars stake out the FGM house in the early morning to confirm that kids are there. They are seen by the FM so they drive off.
Then the postie does her round early in the morning and spots William in his Spiderman suit and his sister riding bikes.
Tells her pedo mates to come back (in a different car) while she goes to the op shop to get some different clothes for William.
They come back, grab William just as he is coming near Benaroon drive and (silently) get him in the car and drive off again.
Then they all meet up again on BCR near the riding school in time for Peter the truckie to see them.
Meanwhile the FM somehow manages to drive to exactly the same spot on BCR at the same time but doesn't see the pedos or the postie, but sees Peter, but Peter doesn't see FM.
The pedos take off without bothering to change William out of his Spiderman outfit, again changing to two different vehicles and are spotted by Ron Chapman making their getaway.
Nobody else sees any of this.
William is flown out of the country on a fake passport.

Case closed.
