I’m not sure if this is well known, but a foster carer only has to provide a safe and secure home for a foster child. Single people can foster a child and as long as they can provide for the child and they meet other eligibility requirements such as age, blue card, etc can foster. This is why they also get paid.
Thanks for that

It would be obvious to even the most imbecilic that it's implied by the first post you quoted.
Including all the rich in Sydney that get rich due to criminal or fraudulent activities?

Do you count them as successful as long as they don't ever get caught, charged and/or successfully prosecuted?

Translated, that possibly means something like

I know I lied, and I lied because I felt persecuted.
I'm more important than any of you, but I'm not going to actually incriminate myself by spelling it out.
And I've been advised to say
I don’t know why I said that”, if I'm every caught out lying or contradicting myself by/to law enforcement or prosecutors.
Perfect. And great legal advice really, isn’t it.

What if FM was covering up being negligent, eg put William around the corner and told him to stay there until Dad got home. William ran down the lawn and someone was walking past or someone drove around the front of the house, saw him, did a u turn back around the corner and coaxed him in the car?
I wonder if she locked William outside as punishment for his behaviour, then William got so upset / fed up that he decided to go down the road to ‘find daddy’ (which were L’s words).

L may have continued to happily draw on the patio - the suggestion of them both playing ‘hide & seek’ came in later imo - originally it was just William off roaring like a tiger (possibly crying hysterically)

Quite some time could go by with the 2 women inside, making tea & chatting in the peace & quiet, L visible on the patio via the door .

I can imagine FM eventually coming out & calling William - no answer; goes around the corner / around the house exterior, no sign of him.

And maybe FF frantic race off in search was because FM told him what happened …. (Maybe also why she took off in the car previously)

I don’t think there’s any way that they would admit to this though because it would blow the whole ‘perfect’ parent idea that she’s built. … but a negligence case would be far better to answer than a murder case imo.

Ok had a look. Yes there is something that is long and grey at the back that somewhat looks like a crane arm or digger to a excavator toy. There are however, flowers too most especially on that one after he went missing..

Is it possible he was using the digger for play in the soil of the planter box? or at least part of it? .Maybe
Haha - someone suggested I should visit Specsavers as they are indeed plants. I have no idea, far too blurry for my eyes to make out , lol.

However it’s always struck me - where were William’s toys ?

L had her pram with its bits & pieces out there on the patio, but William appeared to have nothing but the pad & crayons…. a little boy who’s barely turned 3, expected to be content with drawing.
Wouldn’t you take some of his toys out there.
Maybe the Spiderman doll was in the pram. But surely he’d want more than that to play with. It just puzzles me - of course doesn’t at all indicate the FM’s guilt in his disappearance, but to me it raises questions of ‘capability & child awareness’ for want of any better description.

It depends on how they're parented but children of wealthy parents have boundless opportunities not available to children of drug addicted criminal drop-kicks. I'd take rich parents every day of the week, twice on sundays, if given the chance (I wasn't).
It’d be interesting to get the stats on child criminals.

Some of these rich entitled little brats have to branch out to get their ‘fun’ since they’ve never wanted for anything in their lives. ‘Rich’ doesn’t guarantee happiness . ( RIP Liam Payne , and all the others before you)

It’s also interesting to hear how well some people have done, despite being children of what you might consider to be ‘drug addicted criminal drop-kicks’.

There's a difference between high achieving people who are addicts and scum addicts. Some are contributing to society and the economy.
I get that there seems to be Class Distinction even in the world of Drug use - however it’s important to remember that the impacts of the drug use on those users are still the same - and also on the people around them.

And the rich drug lords get richer as they prey on the addicts they’ve created. I guess the rich can manage to feed their kids for a bit longer at least ! And give them those illusive opportunities - except the kids are so f#$&*d up by their parents drug using life style that they’re often incapable of making good of those opportunities - and so the cycle continues.

I agree right up to the end. The rich are better at most things (generally, and all other things being equal), that's why they're rich, and that includes being better parents.

I've had the responsibility of advising some of the wealthiest people in the country at the peak of my career. I was able to get a very clear understanding of the number one character attribute that binds to success. They aren't inherently better at most things. Absolute rubbish. Quite the opposite. Some are quick. Most though aren't. They all without exception thought their success was due to inherent superiority though. So that was common to all. But once again not the reason for success. No, the attribute common to them all is an almost obsessive conviction to take whatever measure is necessary to obliterate any obstacle that stands in their way to whatever objective is current in their mind and at whatever cost. Fanatical. Total lack of humanity in that choice too. I used to think maybe it was just the sample size wasn't big enough to see the humanity, empathy, moderation to obsessiveness..surely someone like John Singleton (universally accepted as lovable larrikin) might. Then I read his philosophy on marriage and relationships after having divorced the most recent iteration of his wife..it was simply if it stops being happy/ easy at any point life is too precious to waste so you just move on..ie there is zero regard for the other person and what they may be committed to, be emotionally stirred by. Slam dunk then it applies to them all!!!

Well said!

IF you take interest in the highly intelligent authors above in connection to addiction. You will be a better person for it.

One my theories was William did not have his toys on the patio. Very odd. Wonder if that was a punishment for fighting with his sister over them. So!
He took himself off around the front got his bike and off down the road.
If the bonnet was warm FM drove off looking fire him found the bike but no William. It was scratched threw the towel over it. And then panicked.
He had to leave that property some how.

Yes agree all possible. But I have problems with this. And does it matter what the reason was that William was outside unsupervised?
FM and FGM are in charge of their narrative and timeline. They COULD be hiding the fact that he was out of their sight for longer than the 5 to 10 minutes. The window for missing is between the last photo ~ 9:35 and when the FP talk to the first neighbour ~ 10:30. (I am leaving our the drive in the FGM's car as this is questionable). FM's reporting of time missing was not clear. It seems she first said ~ around 10:20 but then this was altered to fit in the story of the drive.Even if he was alone in the front of the house at say 9:45 the investigation would have covered this time in neighbours, witnesses and any vehicle movements in and out of Kendall. And as far as we know the police have no other suspects.

There is no evidence of the behaviour of William that morning, so saying he was sent outside for punishment is speculative. They report that he fought with his sister over toys. Big deal, all siblings fight. IMO - there has been an escalation of discussion of William's bad behaviour that morning in the forum, without any evidence - IMO. The narratives of the FGM and FM IMO are unreliable. Mystery cars, everyone was happy, roaring lions and playing tigers....

podcast schmodcast. Where's the source? Overington did extensive research for her book. She spoke to many people. She's an award winning journalist. And the book was written many years ago when people's memories were fresher. If she says it ways 9.00pm when they arrived in Kendall then she probably had a good reason.
FGM saying 8am for brakfast was ridiculous - doesn't fit with any of the rest of the narrative, and should have been immediately challenged and clarified at the time. She was probably just guessing and had no idea what the real time was, but clearly it could not have been 8am as FF was captured on CCTV. But she may have been lying so should have been cross-examined on this - how did she KNOW it was 8am? What reference pojnt did she use? Clock, radio, phone, something else? Shoddy police work.
But IF FF left around 8:00 (no neighbours saw him leave at 9ish as reported by FM) he still could have been seen on CCTV at ~8:50. It is just a mystery what he did for that missing time.

Nothing before 9:30 matters if you accept that the Roar photo is real.

And if you don't accept the Roar photo is real, then the whole of the fosters narrative falls apart.

Pick one option.

Forensics on the photo have not been revealed.

Not going to pick an option until they are, are credible and comprehensive enough, and the results, definitive enough (if at all conclusive).

They've had 10 years, and the (final part of?) coronial inquest is imminent. The coroner must now decide if the photos are real or not. It's a binary decision. Can't sit on the fence any longer.
If the photos are found to be false then there is prima facie evidence to lay charges of evidence-tampering, attempt to pervert the cause of justice, and potentially manslaughter.
If the photos are accepted as real, then William was alive and well at 9:30am, so none of the preceding pieces of evidence are relevant to the nature of his disappearance.
