Criminal charges the former foster parents currently face as at 15 April 2022 include:

• Apprehended Violence Orders on both (AVOs)
• Lying to the NSW Crime Commission on former foster mother *Not Guilty

• 2 x charges of assault against a child on former foster mother *Guilty

Except it wasn't 6.50 pm, they had left Maccas at 6.40pm.(video evidence). So is she deliberately closing the 50 minute gap in her narrative?

No what I am saying is
No one knows how long or how long or if they did pull ups FM dialogue again which is ALWAYS questioned but IMO believable
because it is all over the place
I am saying William (Fosters dialogue again) was a nightmare to get to
sleep. IMO believable.
FGM believes they arrived around 9 (after they all crashed in, as they pulled up,) which could account for ten minutes.
I believe the time frame is ok. They could have slowed down like my parents used to do and turned around and gave us a roasting As we were tired and grumpy because WE WERE NOT THERE YET!

It's so great the FF watched fireman sam with William (from the Channel 10 podcast with Leah Harris) when he got up, when it was not even on until 10.10am.

Not surprised I don’t believe anything that they say. But what did FF do for All those hours because FGM said she did not see him.
Did she have a hangover from SP,s or ? Or forgot to put her contacts in THEY ARE BOTH LIARS. Time frames don’t add up and there lays the blame not with me.

She did not want to give the police an up to date photo. Maybe they would realise he did not look the same.

Not sure but he looks younger and chubbier. I just don’t get why you’d give police a photo of W with a bruise to release to the media/world. Even if there’s nothing to hide.

I know what you're saying, I am pointing out in the Leah Harris podcast, she gives the time as 9.30pm. This is the podcast that the police have subpoenaed. It takes two hours to drive there and there is a 50 minute gap in the alibis. She then says that she got to Maccas at 6.50 pm, when we know for sure she left Maccas at 6.40pm. IMHO she has constructed a narrative about the journey that is not true. It suggests to me what ever happened to WT probably happened on this journey. Police hopefully checked the cell data to see if there was a prolonged stop anywhere.

The detail matters, it's what catches people out. If this was the last independent photo of William Tyrell, then it's clear the photos are a fake. When people construct a story then they need to carefully get the facts in order. The Biological parents barrister challenged the authenticity of the photos in the Coronial hearing. The police confirmed they were unsure when the photos were taken in the same hearing. The Foster mother then provides a photo album at the very next set of hearings, which is very odd behaviour. It just smacks of more manipulation and serious concern that it was unravelling, which it did.

When the police started digging up Kendall in 2021, I was literally was gobsmacked. It is like they still did not get it. I still wonder whether they get it now.

They watched a downloaded version on FF 's iPad or iPhone in bed, allegedly. They never said they watched it on TV.

Maybe police bugged FGM in her final days when FM was with her or at the grave site.

Yes. Version 2.21. The EXIF version released by NSW police the next day had an old version 2.21 which was superseded in 2010 by Version 2.3. People have claimed she used her new camera (purchased in Bali) to take the iconic shot of William. I am questioning why it wasn't the new EXIF version (it should have been) . If the photos were taken with either an old iPhone (2010 or before) or an old camera it would likely be Version 2.21. (this is what is on the EXIF the police released) If she has other images on her camera with version 2.3, it suggests the iconic photos were not taken with that camera but were uploaded from another source casting doubt on their authenticity.

Were ALL the photos of the children on the deck ( that were released by NSW ) EXIF version 2.21 ?

and it seems you’re not away that FM had any photos that are version 2.3 - you’re just saying IF she has …………….

I doubt it. It was pretty quiet around the time the FGM died. But you never know….

The book doesn't say where the information about Michelle came from. On the next page (p.70) it has direct quotes from Michelle's texts to various people, so I think Caroline Overington (book author) must have had access to some documents, for the texts at least, but who knows.

I did a reverse image search on this photo from the Daily Telegraph on 14 Sep 2014 (Day 3):

The original version of that photo seems to have been in a Daily Telegraph article on 13 Sep 2014 published at 12:56 pm (Saturday, Day 2), but I don't know whether that publish time refers to the images too or just the text. The photo isn't showing for me now in the 13 Sep article, just the caption:

"Inspector Kim Fehon holds a photo of missing William. Picture: Nathan Edwards".

IMO, if Inspector Fehon was holding up the deck photo early enough for a photo of her to be published around 1pm Saturday, she either didn't wait for Michelle's authorisation mid-afternoon or Michelle got there earlier, yes

I think we’ve discussed his actions before, but I wonder is he roaring, or is he opening his mouth to show he doesn’t have some ( dice / crayon etc) in there ?

Was only months after that they seized the car and searched again. Would take time to arrange this. It’s possible it’s at least been a police strategy even if it came to nothing.

I think she may have been a ‘community reporter’ or whatever the technical term was - unpaid, and common in regional areas to feed usually social info to newspapers - often news like marriages, significant birthday celebrations, winners of the local competitions etc. (My Mum filled that role for many years in her regional area.)

Ah!thanks for clearing that up for me SHORSKY.

I keep thinking as she probably liked recording information I wonder if she may have had a diary.

Someone may have found it after her passing or she may have given it to some one.
