Couple of big upsets last week, great to see how even the comp is.
should be a couple of cracker games this weekend,
Northcote Park V Macleod this should be a great game, lets hope Saad doesnt get to much of it.
Eltham V Greensborough the Panther had a great win on the weekend but the slime have been going great and should get the points.
Heidelberg V WPL Toss of the coin for me here.
Whittlesea V Monty the eagles will give monty a good run for there money on a home track but the maggies should get up.
Bundoora V Nth Heidelberg

Lots of upsets but still Underbelly is making great inroads, from being on the bottom early in the season he has climbed to a position where he can now have a big crack at the top. Can JC take over from the Ape? Will Chet manage to sneak a few in to get close? Will KA get off the bottom? All will be answered this Sat....

Northcote Park V Macleod - Its really all or nothing here, Cougers have to win. With games against the Slime and Bulls to come and Mont breathing down their neck they really will see the season slide if they lose. The Kangas will still believe that they can sneak into 5th and they probably can but have to win here and then face the mighty Tigers and Slime....Cracking game, sticking with the home side by a kick.
Eltham V Greensborough - Fantastic win last week by the Panther will have them believe they can tackle the team that has also beaten the Bulls. Games against the Slime in recent years have been rippers and the Slime will want to get back in the winners circle. Cannot wait for this, hope the weather is fine, looking forward to the super box with some of my Slime mates (and YES fulfilling my obligations to a bet so I will be wearing my little mates #12 Slime jumper...
...) and reckon I will see a great game (between drinks.... ) Panther.
Heidelberg V West Preston Lakeside - Tigers are my (and I am pretty sure a few others) premiership favourites and will prove that this week against the team that knocked them of last year in the big one. Statement time for the Tigers to the competition and at home I reckon they will make it. Tigers by 6 goals.
Whittlesea V Montmorency - Good weather out that way may make for a good game but reckon that Mont machine will be firing to try and take that 5th spot. With the last two games against the Bulls and Chooks they really have to win this. Mont, 5 goals but would not be surprised if it was closer or there was an upset.
Bundoora V North Heidelberg - Probably never a worse time to take on the ladder leaders than after they have been beaten comfortably and you have as well. North will be in for a bit of a footy lesson here. Bulls will kick a cricket score.

A couple of ripper games this week, really a toss of the coin in all instances. Results could go a long way to deciding the finishing order on both ladders !
Northcote Park vs. Macleod
The first of three top games and one that could be classed as an eight-pointer. A loss to the Kangas would all but kill their finals chances while the Cougars need the win to keep ahead of the Magpies. Think the home ground advantage should get them home.
Eltham vs. Greensborough
The Panthers will certainly fancy their chances against the Burra after last week's sensational win while the Burra pretty much threw away last week's four points. A last roll of the dice for the Panthers but the visitors can't afford two consecutive losses and should get across the line - just.
Heidelberg vs. West Preston
Wow, what a game this is shaping up to be and I've been tossing up all week as to who to select. A couple of ins and outs from both teams tips it slightly in the Tigers favour as the Roosters form has been up and down recently.
Whittlesea vs. Montmorency
Should be a free flowing game with the Maggies having far too much to play for than the Eagles and should be looking for a boost in their percentage.
Bundoora vs. North Heidelberg
A long, dark winter for the Doggies could get very, very ugly if the Bulls take out their frustration on last week's loss in this one. The Bulls by the length of Plenty Road.

Macleod v Heidelberg - With finals now gone do not expect the boys from Macleod to give this away to the Tigers. The Tigers will want top spot and the only way they can do that is %. With the Dogs next week they will try and start here, cannot see that happening but they will win.
West Preston v Whittlesea - Chooks.
