Therry v Brunswick…Looking forward to reigniting some good old rivalries in 2025, and some new ones. Don’t think Monash has ever played against the Wickers
Lucky Ashen has re-committed, D2 in 2026 was looming early daysWhere is diamond joe with the answers
But Brunswick were in the VFA when i playedTherry v Brunswick…
One of the biggest old rivalries in the VAFA.
Peninsula are looking at 6 teams ?Just read Old penisula have signed a few, including a vfl player (former?). They must be a strong knit club being right in the MPFNL hot spot where clubs have shiteloads of rich beach money poaching their players, and travelling 1hr+ every 2nd saturday for free.
Next season need to sort that debacle of a situation regarding their home ground, can't be splitting seniors and reserves at different grounds again. If the school is giving them problems about the ground they should think about permanently moving, has old mentonians written all over it unfortunately, if they were to get kicked out.
A bit of travelling
4 from Prahran, 5 if you include coach. Agree r.e Mason, unfortunately always 1-2 that are stiff, happens every year in every division, in every league that does TOTY. If he made it, would have probably been at the expense of another Ormond player as 6 in the team from one club would be hard to justify other than maybe Prahran.Only 3 from Prahran , that's strange as well , 4 to Parkside and 5 from Ormond and no Mason is unbelievable

Yes my cousin who lives on the peninsular and plays in MPFNL was contacted by them to discuss how 'close knit' they areJust read Old penisula have signed a few, including a vfl player (former?).
