Things will be better at the Kennel next year Dubai Man.
A new 2's coach in Kevin Elms will hopefully see the return of younger players that have left in the last couple of years. And as you said, there were a lot of injuries through out the year that unsettled the senior side. Next year will be a new and better season

They were getting a game every week, it's more that Albion tried to pay them less then what was previously agreed upon.

Signed Dave Adams, classy onballer who played in Maffra's premiership this year. Played a couple of VFL games (1s & 2s) with the Bullants in 2009 and played TAC Cup down Gippsland way. Gun player and trained with us all year.
Several La Trobe Uni boys playing good standard of country footy are coming aboard, so is a top-flight player from Northern Knights this year, plus more than a dozen out of contract players including Shaw, Corr, White, Lynch, Ewart, Melican have all re-signed. We expect 5-6 new players to be playing ones and hopefully we can land an ex-AFL player...will know by Xmas.

Like borough, mont. eltham & bundoora macleod have about a dozen promising under 19's. However, I could'nt see any of them making a real impression in 2011. They will require time & a season in the reserves in many cases.Hopefully a few injured players like Corry, Melican & Considine etc can return along a few good recruits & we will again be competitive. macleod are also in the process of developing the rooms with a new gym/bar etc so we will see how that goes.

West Preston would have the best pick up being Brad Fisher I reckon, west also meeting with another Carlton/Brisbane player this week.

We are all very excited down at west looks like the culture is starting to look like the good old days.

Gee thats a tip thats sure to take everyone by suprise......Not many would argue that he wasn't the best player in the NFL before he left at the end of 2009 season......I'm not sure I would even consider Shane as a new recruit seeing he just went elsewhere for the 2010 season ?

however i think cloke is a little different coming straight out of the afl. he is no were near fat and will be a very difficult player to stop.

I have seen him the past 2 years in the RDFL, yes he will be a great player on his day, but, get half way through the season once clubs work him out, you will find him getting frustrated. I think 1st division is a few furlongs infront of RDFL. and he will be far from a prize recruit.
