not only have they lost ther ruckman but best and fairest winner to miss the season aswell,Noticed SM have lost their ruckman from last season to WRFL, the commute from Sunshine to Mornington must have got the better of him. RC have had an influx of "ins" with just a few "outs".

with the vafa given sth mornington the ultimatum numbers on the track or face a year in clubies, they are set to announce the new coach with in the next couple of weeks
Well I hope they stay in D3... It would royally screw D3 and D4 up is they moved to clubbies at this stage... Someone would have to come up to D3, and no team would want to I imagine.

What's your opinion on getting players jobs? Is that a fair inducement or is it a payment?
Puff Puff
Can anybody confirm whether all these ins at RC are senior players or U/19s or a mixture of both? Well done regardless on attracting so much new blood to the club.
Havent heard much on the recruiting front from two clubs who im sure will feature in the top 5 this year - Aquinas and Kew. Can confirm that both clubs have recruited strongly (Aquinas from the EFL and some great juniors, Kew from juniors and surrounding clubs) so dont be surprised to see 30+ clearances appearing from both clubs. Gonna make an early (but good) call re the ladder for this season based on preseason whispers, clearances and knowledge from last season:
Aquinas
UHS
Kew
Richmond
La Trobe
Swinburne
St Francis X
Albert Park
Elsternwick
South Mornington
Powerhouse
Old Westbourne
Thoughts everyone?
We are expecting to sign about 30odd u18/19's from junior leagues.

Don't write off the house this year. Some very good numbers getting down to training.
