The race for 4th is coming down to the wire, I had personally given up on the House but WP have been off the boil of late and left the door ajar.

WP - Swin (A), PH (H), Cant (A), RC (A), Haw (H)
PH - RC (A), WP (A), Haw (H), Cant (A), Wicks (H)

I just can't see the House winning 3 of the last 5 (including a win over WP) to make the finals. That loss to Swinburne earlier in the year is clearly the match they will look back on as to why they didn't make finals.

A race in 3 for the flag, certainly way to close to call at this stage.

Saw the first half of the Elsternwick/Hawthorn match on the weekend. Surprised to see what they have done to the ground as it now looks like a nice setting for football. Elsternwick have done well to survive given the facilities it had to deal with.
First D3 game for quite sometime and was impressed by both sides. Standard has improved greatly from what I remember.
Shocked to see Elsternwick got up as Hawthorn was all over them at half time. Would have been a great last half, disappointed I didn't stay.

Citz were great yesterday. I thought the loss against the Wicks may have popped their bubble but they came out firing on the weekend.
Walked across the ground and couldn't believe how hard the centre wicket was. Dare I say it, are the grounds too hard now??
Great round of footy coming up. Big game for Canterbury - a loss and a Citz win could see them lose the double chance.

I see the Hawks have 2 players who have kicked 50+ goals this season. A very good achievement to have one, but two is outstanding.
