He's an absolute lock in our 22 now which is good. At the start of the year I had him competing with other depth players such as hutchings, but he has come on even quicker than I had hoped he would. Hopefully the AFL can finally reward him with a nomination, certainly deserves it.

The most remarkable thing is that he is clearly listening to instructions.
Somebody got into his ear about his high punts and he has virtually eradicated them from his game (minus the odd couple when other options have dried up).
And his composure while being tackled is phenomenal. His long arms often come in handy.
