I know exactly what all the footy experts from Leigh Mathews to Kevin sheedy to Dennis pagan and bomber Thompson will be saying what is required to win finals

When they talk experience, do you think they are referring to experienced players who can actually still play the game?

Douglas is experienced I'll give him that, I'm curious though as to why an experienced player would have 9-10 turnovers and 40-50% DE in his last 2 games, couldn't he handle the pressure? Or is he slowing down so he has less time to dispose of it? Or did he panic and just bomb it?

Beveridge dropped Suckling last year for a younger less experienced player.
You are isolating one game when his stats for the year are far better than that should we isolate Texs games aswell
Face the fact come finals experience is required every expert will be quoting it bar elite Crow I know you love your footy but lethal leigh has a bit more credibility

Who says I've isolated one game? I've just shown you his last 2 and have previously said Douglas has played one good game in 6.
Now do you think Leigh Matthews meant that quality in form experienced are required in finals or average out of form ones?
Otherwise a team should just load up with average out of form experienced players come finals time, their experience would make them a shoe in for the flag.
We have determined Douglas has played plenty of good ones was in the best according to the experts two weeks ago I know you are a stars man and not watching the game

I watched the game and called how he kept turning over the ball. Then he stats came out and what do you know, 9 turnovers and 40% disposal efficiency. What was your proof that he was in our best? Some expert journo had him in the bests.
No one that has 9 turnovers at 40% DE deserves to be in your best players, I don't care who you are. Turnovers are coach killers in AFL footy these days.
You said it depends on his role, so perhaps you can share what role justifies such a low DE and high turnover count?
