You need to read and listen more.

Broughton played 17 games last year. Yeah, really.

He has only ever played 15 games in a DT season. Sorry for not being so damn specific gosh, thought you'd understand this being a DT board.

On Grimes, a Melbourne supporter mentioned it to me just after the New Year. I'm sure of it. I apologize to everyone if it's not true.

Anyone reckon ryan hargrave can get anywhere near his 09 average of 93, or was it just a flukey year?

In the last four years he's averaged 70.8 (2007), 72.4 ('08), 93.2 ('09), 76.5 ('10).

from a pies point fo view I reckon ben reid could be worth some thought. He is a risk as he pay get some jobs where he does not get much of the footy but I have a sneeky suspicion Mick is going to use Tarrant to do some jobs and release Reid so he can use his damaging long left foot. In junk time he could get alot of the ball.

He certainly showed a bit of that last night. Very composed for a young bloke.

Think for yourself on that one and then tell us why you think no one is considering him. You might learn something.

Ok well I see a guy who is rookie price and is surely going to get a very good run of games at the start of the season to justify them drafting him?

I'm not saying he would be a good pickup, just surprised that literally nobody has mentioned him considering he will probably have more chances to play games and prove himself than anybody else. Would probably struggle to score more than 60 though, and I guess the rookie backs is actually looking very strong/competitive this year.

I feel like I am being stupid or missing something, surely if he plays 5 or 6 early games he is in for a decent price rise?

Why don't you watch the match for yourself?

Because i go out and dont live behind a tv 24-7. Also dont think it was even on the TV over here anyway.

So if there is anyone out there that watched the game than can they let me know what role or position he played, would be greatly appreciated?

I've got $388k left and narrowed it down to either picking Blues Scotland or Kangaroos Brady Rawlings.

They are both ball magnets and I haven't got another kangaroo or blues player in my starting defence.

Thoughts ?

You don't have Gibbs in your backs? You must be the only one...

I'd take Rawlings purely for unique reasons, provided he continues to play back. If it's rumoured he'll go back to a tagging more in the midfield then i'd take Scotland.

I'm considering Brendan Whitecross as a mid-pricer in my backline. Third year rule applies, plus Clarkson likes him and he seems to have a HFF role pegged for him. At the moment it's him or Suban, who I'm not fond of at all.
