Come on mate, Keep him quiet!

Next up: Thoughts on David Myers. Is he injured because there seems to be much less interest in him.

Yeh i think he is, Lucky.

Did his hammy a few weeks ago.

Not a good sign considering his injury-prone past

Drum has been getting plenty of positive media on gfc.com. I think he may be a regular in the team this year. Whether or not he is of any value is the question imo.

Sorry to say, his value wil be nought. How long was he at Freo? He never really cemented a spot there. How is going to get into the Geelong backline? Arguably the best in the comp !!

Sometimes a player fits in better with a specific group of players around them though. Drum didn't get into freo, but he might complement the other cats defenders well, and therefore end up getting a spot over someone else. Dont know if he will be in or not, but defensive units work as their own little group in the team, if he has attributes that complements others, he could play 22 games easy.

Fair call. It's a risk but anyone brave enough would get legend status if he could play 22 games. Maybe he will be this years Zac Dawson? Just a fair bit more expensive.

i wouldve thought with tom harley retiring and the age of some of those other cats defenders, drum would be a good bet to atleast get a chance to play... i'll be watching NAB pretty close...

Shiit!:( Some replanning to do now. Might downgrade to Hunt and get the extra 20k for elsewhere.

I'm a bit worried about it too BACCS but until I hear any official news reports i'm not gonna restructure my team yet. People on the Hawks board seem to think he is having a full pre-season atm:confused: And some of their posters go to Hawks training regularly too. I don't know what to believe

I think until we here anything official will just have to sit on it. Hodgey is a damn good source, so it is interesting.

if there is any doubts over his PS im off Ladson, Hodge is a decent source and if he is fit for round one he cants be 100 percent the way hodge was talking

Well according to Micheal Osbourne on DT talk, he and Cliton Young arn't right for round 1.

So it looks like Hodgey is right.

I will wait for the NAB cup, before i decide who i will trade him too. Alot of cheapish options around his price.

Thanks chopperduck, you've turned me, especially since the last 24 hours. There is now 1 less regular player to keep drum out of the side.

I've also noted that Greenwood has been in a fair few plan teams. Obviously people think that his move into the midfield is new. He played midfield for some of the last few rounds as a old school tagger and didn't get near it. He's on my radar, but only just.

Lachie Hansen is an interesting one. Really started to find his feet last year before he got injured against Essendon. He would be unique and could be a good prospect if North change their game plan.

Hodges said:
I think the only reason people have Greenwood is because he is on the front page of fanfooty and got a little mention. If he plays as a lock down tagger, he will have no fantasy relevance.

Pretty funny if that's the reason. There's been heaps of people over on the North board asking about him and saying that he's in their team. I thought it was strange but that might explain the attention he's been getting ^^^.

Ok Corey Enright, he would be in over 50 percent of plan teams but i cannot work out why! he is 29 and averaged 89.7 last year, he has only done over 90 once in his 9 years??? surely he is not going to improve!! if anything he will slip. I realise he is consistent but someone like adcock, gram, fisher who all have more upside would be more appealing?? or am i missing somthing
