Clifton played 54% of the game, so im guessing he got subbed or rested in the 2nd half.

What worries me is Hampton, 84% TOG and only 23.....forward rookies looking abit slim now .

Hampton was invisible until the last quarter. McDonald also seemed to get most of his touches in the final quarter when the tempo of the game had slowed. The GWS player that impressed me most was Will Hoskin-Elliott on a forward flank.. but gee he's a skinny lad.

Haven't seen much talk about Dickson. Not convinced yet but he has got some decent scores.

I'm much more comfortable with mature age rookies in my team than 18 year olds, especially in the forwards and backs. If he's selected for Rd 1 he's going straight to my forward bench, maybe even a starter. :thumbsu:

Dickson is mature age I believe

Yeh I'm thinking if he gets named round 1 I'll be putting him into my team. Apart from Smith I'm not too confident on many of the other forward rookie options.

Just wondering if anyone knows much about Toby Greene from GWS. Midfield rookie priced at $134,700.

Has scored the following:

NAB 4 - 55pts - 48% TOG
NAB 3 - 82 pts - 90% TOG
NAB 2 - 33pts - 43% TOG

Does anyone know his JS or Role/Type of player in the team or any opinions of him?

Thanks.

Another to look at if selected in round 1 is Jackson Paine from Collingwood. Has improved with every game and has the body for AFL. KPF/3rd tall option who has allowed Collingwood to maintain two talls when Dawes is in ruck and Jolly getting rest on bench.

Personally, as a Pies supporter I'm quite keen for him to play from round 1. Brings something really different to the table for our forward line...
