however, i did purchase one of my all time, top 5 fave movies on dvd.. Fletch ... cos it was on sale for $15...

"Fletch" is one of my favourite all-time movies as well, as Chevy Chase is a great actor. Have you seen "Fletch Lives" as well?? I am still waiting for them to bring this out on DVD. I have an old ex-rental copy at home, but it's so much better on DVD.

I'm also waiting for my favourite movie when I was younger, "Back To The Future" to be released on DVD. Apparently, it's released here in Australia in August, and it's going to be a Box Set with loads of special features.

yes.. both fletch and fletch lives are in my top 5 all time movies..
also been trying to collect the fletch novels (only managed to find one so far, will be re-released in the US), which the two movies are loosely based on...

Yep thats right, it'll be out August 21 with over 10 hours of additional features

A friend of mine knows a guy in Hong Kong who can get us DVD's for $6 each. For shipping reasons he sends them over in packages of 50 without the cases, so i'm in the process of compiling a list of movies I want.

Why am I mentioning all this? To brag of course
