Mr Eagle Trophy
The best clubman award is named after former captain and near 300-gamer Mr Eagle , and is presented by the current captain. In the past it has been won by a variety of folks who have contributed in their own big or small ways. Winners have ranged from league stalwart The Filth Wizard, to our current Admin NaturalDisaster, to quality contributors such as Milera2Betts .
This has been an unusual time and many come to the SFA and this site for the camaraderie. It's been a credit to the club that the Hawks' threads have remained positive and we are there for each other when we need support. And in that vein I'd like to award the Mr Eagle Award to two posters who are stalwarts of the match threads, but also who you can rely on to defend a teammate.
SM is closing in on his 250th game for the SFA, which is an incredible achievement. He would be best known this season for completing his Certified Legendary Thread "30 for 30" (which will stand as a fantastic reference for future seasons) but also through his SMedia calling out this behaviour in his "Where do we draw the line?" thread. Within the match threads he's always good value and has been recognised by both teammates and opponents alike. We look forward to his contributions next season including further investigative SMedia pieces.
eth-dog since joining the LG this season has been a revelation. As a "stayer", he frustrates serial_thrilla no end by not leaving his own match thread, and within these has been happy to provide updates on a large number of things including the cycling and the plight of the Bombers (not the SFA one). Within the LG he has been brilliant in providing his insight into various areas in the club and he has been a great signing.
It should be noted that both are active in The Club Room as well, whether involved in werewolf games or in eth's case in the SFA Games Night. These have provided a valuable outlet for the SFA and we are proud to have them as Hawks.

and am learning to gamble responsibly after doing terribly in tipping and roulette this season
Strangely she has never won a BnF despite being the 21st best of all time from any club based on averages!
