Eddie Betts V Leon Davis

Saw an article by Ando on superfooty on comparing these two players, he chose Betts. Interested to see everyone else's opinion on which player they would rather.

Betts easily, people don't realise Neon Leon only really blossomed last year and was rewarded by the AA selectors albeit he was extremely lucky and is currently 29, so it has taken him a long time to really show any consistency in a season, although he is going backwards now

Betts on the other is only 23, and has been very consistent this year, and has plenty of years ahead of him to get even better

Even as a Collingwood supporter, I would have to say Betts.

Has consistancy over Leon and age.

A lot more consistant. Not sure he could ever go into the midfield like Davis could, but Betts right now is much better.

Of course it's Betts, stupid comparison by Anderson due to age. As someone else said it took Leon about 10 years to hit his straps and he was brilliant last year, but has fallen by the wayside again this year.

Betts. Basically playing Fevola's role as a lead-up FF while also crumbing and doing very well. Leon had a good year last year but that's where it ended, Betts way more consistent and younger.

davis slow to develop but was great last year, gone this year!
