Think Douttas will be kicking themselves for the next three to four years the way their club is ATM.Not wrong, been very impressive so far. Douttas would be kicking themselves for not giving him more opportunities

Lol that thought has crossed my mind to WillowCant help wonder if the likes of Shagga Bennett and youngy are contemplating a transfer back after today.
I reckon TL will have Jacana covered MelTop 3 opening up a bit of a gap. Still think EK will get a few more wins with TL and Jacana fighting it out for the spoon
Have seen jacana twice now and I question have they recruited right to compensate for the step up a grade ??
Looked real slow today and wonder if the money they are spending is putting the club in the right direction.
Yes TL should have them covered!

Cloke will always be a force but lacks the mobility he had two years ago has been in a good pasture by the looks of itHow have there 2 recruits in Cloke and Dorward been going Homealone?
We have all seen clubs win flags and go up a division, when they probably shouldn't go up and jacana is won of those clubs...craigieburn too should never have gone up too premier aswell...but at least they learnt something on the way down...they recruited some quality youngsters...if they win div 1 this year, they will be better prepared to go back up too premier division.winning grand finals is what's its all about but I wonder if any div2 club could cope and be competitive jumping up a division with the jump in salary cap and player fitness and skills .Looking at Jacana they look slow and lacking in skills at this level having watched them play what most people think are middle of the road teams in div 1 so far what will happen when the play the top teams

Craigieburn lost a bit of talent when they went up too premier div in 2017....Craigieburn is such a big place now...they should be a powerhouse in premier divisionJacana had a crack last year and good on them. They were talking up there hopes of staying in div1 and not dropping back down. They did have a plan but maybe underestimated div1 footy..
Now I kind of disagree re Craigieburn’s venture up to premier. They had a reasonable good side in 2016 and are in an area which should be playing premier footy. But they lost their way off field.
Surely they were better placed than Glenroy, with the amount of juniors at CB and having consistently had decent 17s and 19s Glenroy are doing better in premier 2018 than Craigieburn did in premier 2017 at this early stage..
However I do agree they have now got back on the right road with their youngsters and will challenge again this season in div1 by the looks. I wonder if there intentions are to try and go back up or stay down and build up another year? Interesting one!
