Spot on mate. Best post yet. 👍

Maybe just maybe a second chance is allowed to be given. Lets stop playing a blame game and give teams a chance to settle. Just saying..we as people love to hang to make an example..whats the saying those who have never committed a sin cast the first stone..lets get on with it

Still nothing from Victorias leading local football competition the EDFL .
How much egg on their face will they have if Keilor Park find themselves in the same position as Hillside 2 weeks ago when Sgt Plodd needed to be called ? How much ?
Apparently sanctions as per below:
HS 20k fine
SA 25k fine
Both clubs lose 4 premiership points.
All players given 1 week suspended sentence.

So I’m interested to know what sanctions were given to TL v Haddy when Haddy supporters jumped the fence during 18.5 game to attack TL players. Supporters attacking kids surely is frown upon.
EDFL response: Warnings only. Oh and you can keep the 4 points even though your supporters jumped the fence 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Are they kidding.

Time to move on and hope they let us go back to huddles etc soon

If I was the boss:

HS: 10k fine.
SA: 2 week suspension from Div 1 comp and a 20k fine.

General sanctions: 6 months-life bans to people who were identified in attacks on players depending on severity.

Let's just hope after a week or two this madness has ended and we can get back to footy as we know it.

extremely harsh penalty to the HS playing group ( losing 4 points ) who once the 3qtr time siren sounded not one player from the 22 has been deemed to have done anything wrong.

Suspend/ban the supporters who ran onto the ground from both clubs.

No argument here.

Completely agree.

One thing I'd like to see though is, an apology from them.

Keilor by 86
Greenvale by 20
Strathmore by 52
Airport West by 32
Pascoe Vale by 6
An Apology, when Rupo does first, STA and Hillside might also follow suit, your club blatantly cheated, dont throw stones!

You’re full of it!! I have read the report from the investigation and it clearly states that the umpire called the game off when Volpato and Pace (both from HS) entered the melee.
Pace does not make contact with any players but Volpato does. Volpato is pushed away by Calder after making contact with players.

If it wasn’t for potential ramifications I would post that part of the report here. You’re nothing but a liar.
wow, perhaps the report is incorrect, Video shows when umpire called the game. so looks like the EDFL report is incorrect. wouldnt be the 1st thing they got wrong

LoL

I can do as I please. I wasn't actually after an apology from Hillside.
hillside is just as guilty the penalty suggests that. Lucky you are not the boss because clearly you think it was all STA fault.

If you bothered to read other posts you'd see that was clearly not the case.

I have read the other posts, so Hillside shouldn't take any blame for there football manager and Ex captain running into a players only melee calling the game off? HS shouldn't write an apology that's what your implying.

Lol yeah must be that! The report is incorrect and the HS peanut brigade on here is correct! Pfffttt

Haddy have kicked those people out of the club, and the ones that did jump the fence have nothing to do with club bar their cousins playing in the 18’s
Have you kicked said players out of your club that jumped the fence?

By far the worst thing that happened on that day was, the attack on Komaitai.

But how did Calder get there if you said the 2 HS people weee there first. I’m confused now as you didn’t mention that previously.
I suppose he got there with his legs after he saw the two HS people involved. If you read what is in the final report from the investigation it says the same thing…Calder went and pushed Valpato after Valpato made contact with players.
Do you need it simpler than that? Ask your Club to see the report if you need anymore clarification.
