I saw Daniel play at the Northern Blues a long time ago. Was a solid player at that level back then. But that was 10 years ago. He would have to be 35 now and hardly played over the past 5 or so years.
good on Roxburgh Park for having a crack, but this isn’t a huge signing.

nicholas owens. Big Fish and best ruckman in Div 1. Delusional . Cant be too big a fish if Strathmore letting him go and they may lose Keogh in draft and Vavra no certainty to play. If he is the big fish l am looking forward too seeing the little fish they recruit. Hope Owens does well but to put him on a pedastal is a joke.

35 🤣 🤣 🤣 .......He turns 30 at the end of the year.
Hardly played because he lived in the UK for two years (and played in the UK comp), has played the last two seasons in the Hampden League

Improvement on field ? This is the first year since coming up from the 2018 flag the results weren’t better than the previous season.

List changes, injuries and new coach and New game plan have impacts on small steps back for bigger steps forward.

No one has to have a Roxy hat on to appreciate the hard work that goes on there behind the scenes. I heard for multiple years the joint had changed and never believed it, by my own choice I decided to see if it was true and made my way down. I can truthfully say there’s been big changes alone in the belief that place has… not many clubs have done what they have done and made it up and stayed up. Credit where credit is due.

Gee you Roxy nuffies love to stay relevant on here. Anymore talk about your average recruits or the severely overrated Elliot and ill spew up. Will be fighting relegation next year.

I’m not a Roxy nuffie
Don’t have any association with any club in this division and next year possibly the league as looking at moving out of the area
but you are a long way off the mark here mate and you and pull ur Sox up sound like the same person

First of all it’s silly season every club is hyping up there recruits
Given your obvious hate for roxy
You are a Craigieburn person and you are entitled to your opinion

What’s the difference between they they are doing between what you guys are doing with your 24 hour major announcements for people that played 2’s at there last club there is nothing wrong with it it’s just the modern day way of promoting the club
Back when I played in the late 80 90’s there was none of that stuff you just found up when you rocked up at training
It’s just the way the game is now at local level

Secondly I’ve watched and played a lot of footy across a few different leagues
If Eliot is severely overrated
I’m not sure who and what you rate

Be fair buddy


Anyway life is dull for this old bloke without footy
Bring on the cricket

Well said. I'm guessing the other coaches over rate him, premier data lie about how much ball he gets and umpires must get paid by the big fella to give him votes. Go back to sucking up to the sporting club for more cash. Only reason you even have a club
