I think WC will be favorites for 2025, all clubs recruit well, I'm sure they will be no different. AH coming down don't look as tough as APW DP or MP in previous seasons. It will be a close year next year and any of 4 or 5 teams could win it but WC should be the shortest price ATM.
All WC would need to do is retain the current list and they are favourites for 2025. Deservedly so. Not sure they get enough credit for what they are able to produce year after year. 3 senior grand finals in a row, underdogs in all of them with a home grown team always low on points. Playing on 22 points right through the finals series is just unheard of and a great achievement that all clubs should envy. Twos are always very strong also. 2025 shaping as a great year in Div 1 after a few pretty standout teams in recent years.

Awesome achievement playing finals with 22 points, but surely they have to look to get some talent in to complement the side for next year. Bad luck to WC, and congratulations to Marby.
They have no 18s and 16s were not up
They don't have cash to splash either, they're better off being in div1. Not a sustainable premier club
Not sure but each GF they have been exposed for leg speed and a touch of quality. There better players are more inside hard nosed players. But hey they have mostly 1 pointers and probably on the lowest budget of the top 4 clubs. There could also be a problem recruiting after the episode of last years GF. These things take a bit of time to recover from and history tells us they haven’t recruited from outside the club. Who would go there from outside the club, with what occurred last year on & off field.

No its not forgotten but you posted "who would go there from outside the Club with what occurred last year on and off the field" You clearly have blinkers on as you conveniently seem to have forgotten the affray on the field between HS and St Albans which hit the news and was disgraceful involving players, spectators and club officials. In your words "that not a great look for any Club" Does not seem to have hindered both those Clubs recruiting especially HS who will have their second coach in two years. BTW as you say you know your footy, Have those two Clubs paid their fines yet to the EDFL?

He has been at Richmond VFl the last 2 seasons.
So right Gremlin. Already been to the div 1 show and far from successful. Think HS may be in for a shock . Hothead IMO and assistants in VFL are a dime a dozen.

. Your club should know about getting to the big dance & not quite succeeding. Let’s see how he goes at a new opportunity. Not like HS can ring Adam Simpson & ask him to coach them. Coaches are getting harder to find & having shorter tenures.
