Top-10 (Not in any order)
Lance Whitnall (Glenroy) From Craigieburn & Carlton
Daniel Harris (Airport West) From AFL Gold Coast & Nth Melb
Brad Jullier (East Keilor) From WRFL Port Colts
Simon Wiggins (Airport West) From Sunshine ? & Carlton

Please add your thoughts !!

Adam Contessa (Airport West playing coach) from Western Bulldogs/Bundoora......... a ded set Gun

I'm pretty sure Murray Silver from Keilor Park won the goal kicking, beating Grainger and Ferraro?

Grainger (107) Ferraro (97) Silver (93)

Silver kicked more per game. 7.15 but played 6 games less than Grainger. Pretty fair effort.

For some reason Ferraro was awarded the goal kicking. Maybe he kicked more post finals?
Or maybe they gave out 2 or 3 awards... I know Ferraro got one though.

I think the goal umpires voted on it? Could be wrong, either way he kicked a heap of goals!!

All those guys kicked some massive bags against jacana moonee Valley and roxburgh park

Taking nothing away from those blokes as they are all very handy footballers but having those woeful sides in the comp inflates their stats... Once C grade is introduced full forwards in B grade will be kicking less goals due to the higher standard that B grade will become

C Grade is a great concept they just need to make sure it is done right. There is no point in having a 6 team competition, 8 is probably just enough. How are the finals going to work in C grade, 2 teams miss out? That would just be crap from my point of view. The finals in B would need to change too so that only 4 teams made it otherwise you are rewarding mediocrity.

Unless the EDFL can guarantee that they will be able to bring in at least 2 extra teams and that no current team will go under then they should delay the introduction.

Just my opinion though.

Whats going on at Keilor Park? no president and no coach! Also alot of players looking elsewhere. A heap of them looking at Yarraville in WRFL.

Also heard a wisper Micky Egan from Tulla has departed along with Danny Rajab.

Have seen and heard a number of EDFL A and B grade fringe senior players looking at the prospect of making a move to the Laverton Magpies in the WRFL with the lure of playing regular senior football in a young side and a massive opportunity of finals sucess....

East sunbury would only be a year or two away from starting a senior side as they've have had under 18's for a couple of years in the rdfl already... Burnside will be at least 5 years away from having under 18's

Maybe they should wait until east sunbury are ready for seniors until they start 3rd division

IMO a new club should be started in the highlands estate of craigieburn with a plan for seniors in around 5 years... More than enough kids for two clubs... At the moment craigieburn has no competition for juniors at all

l think you will find that your theory applies to every comp in the country. Take away poor sides and of course their average will drop. Check your stats and you will see that grainger silver and ferraro kick big bags against most clubs

Was talking about the bags of 14 15 16's those blokes kicked against the poor sides by memory silver kicked 17 against jacana and Ferraro 14... They don't kick those hauls against the the top 10 sides in b grade... The bottom 3 sides of b grade are exceptionally poor... I know it's stating the obvious... But the gap is enormous... Introduce third div and nobody will kick more than 10 in a game

That makes 3 people I've heard that from now. Will be interesting to see the whole draw when it comes out.

Keilor Park are in real trouble. They have reportedly asked the edfl if their seniors, resi and u18 can skip 2012 season.

l think the edfl need to have a good think about all these changes they are proposing. Last year we saw a few teams throw big money around to avoid demotion to c grade, money they couldnt afford. These clubs are now struggling to recover from the spend and need to do it all again. My club won 5 games after spending on useless players and now we too are stuffed.

Edfl need to get this right before they stuff things even more. Clubs are struggling and will only get worse when in c grade.

For the record l am in favour of c grade but NOT 6 teams. Give clubs 2-3 years to prepare for it and then there are no excuses

Any news on how the EDFL meeting regarding C Grade went last night? Was there and outcome?

Guys any idea when the 2012 'B' Grade fixture will be released? Im tipping a big round one!
