Meese, competed for longer at a higher level against AFL listed opponents taller than him while winning VFL team of the year honours seven times.
Dennis hardly got a look in at VFL level
When Dennis played at marby he was a 200cm wingman talk about versatile in saying that Meece was a superstar ruckman so I’ll say Meece

Meese absolute star and no better ruckman at local than him..
They’ve both spent stuff all time in our league, does it matter?

Dennis has a much better resume of local footy accolades. But he did it while Meese was playing at a higher level, competing against AFL listed ruckman.

Dennis at local football easily. But Messe was a star at VFL level. So you would have to say Messe due to the facts he was a premier ruckmen against much better competition.

Why not drop the edfl points to 35 and give the best young kids a game. Or the premiers get 36 points, runner up 37 etc, a few country leagues are implementing this

See how many clubs are now jumping on the back of Raynor winning a premiership..Even Taylor’s Lakes now!! It’s amazing what clubs will do just to post up on socials. Never played a game with Taylor’s Lakes and I’m sure only 1 year with Douttas..

He played at hillside from u10s -u16s (bottom age) then went to EDS. Played 1 year, two grand finals (16 and 18s as a bottom ager) and kicked 11 goals across the two GFs. The rest is history!

Great for the kids of Douttas to know a former player won an AFL premiership
Think everyone acknowledges he is a Hillside jnr, but can’t see why anyone would have a problem with Douttas celebrating him too. Had probably the best season I’ve seen a junior have in that year. If Turbo is breathing, he is whinging
