why are players suggested to have been paid sums of money by pat to not play for pat at clubs pat not involved with.

I believe Dennis wanted out due to nothing much happening at EK and the new coach not able to recruit a competitive side. Cant blame him if that’s the case as his in the twilight of his footy career so surely we accept he needs to do what’s best for him. He doesn’t owe EK anything as he gave them bang for their buck.

Come on Turbo, He's getting paid more than anyone else in the comp i reckon that would have something to do it! Pacco didn't have a ruck so were happy to throw absurd amounts to get one in.

Might be interesting getting into Strathmore for footy this season with the Reconstruction of Mascoma Street, Strathmore from Peck Avenue to Melissa Street.
It is proposed that this work will start in the week commencing Monday 13 January 2025 and be completed around the end of April 2025

Mascoma Street will be closed between Peck Avenue and Melissa Street to vehicular traffic when the works are being undertaken, so take this into consideration when heading to a game at this ground.

I talked to one of those boys during the season and I’ll quote what he said “myself and about ten others are leaving,this club is ****ed” end quote. So as you can see the incoming coach has nothing to do with it.

or did the money on offer help in 24 but not 25 or the fact the coach and prez caused a lot of it means by sitting silent and then ran away mean they contributed too with there silence.

Mate he’s a star. Browne was definitely not a better player than him. From all accounts a pretty good bloke as well.

Surely you are the cans mate.
His fit as and still more than capable. Big blokes don’t fall off trees. Good on him for continuing to do what he obviously loves and if his getting some $$ for it even better.

He’s a quality pick up no doubt Turbo, especially as Pacco were deficient in the ruck this year, but he did slow down a bit last season compared to what I’d seen in 2023.
