Where’s Zane Trew?
Not having him there hurts me, I don’t think many teams in the first round are desperate for his type. Essendon would be a good fit but there are other midfielders to consider aswell like Bruhn. Feel he might slide down like Robertson did.

Where do you think Jason Horne would go in this year's draft given he's showing plenty already at League level as an under-ager and taking Jamarra NGA out of the equation?
I’d have him top 3 with JUH and Hollands. He would likely be taken ahead of Hollands because of the ACL and depending on club needs go ahead of JUH aswell.

I had him as a rookie chance, might have to re-evaluate I think if he keeps on showing up at League level.Looks to have grown a bit.
I watched a few of his school games and he is a large unit, not sure about his upside but he looks like a solid option late.

Honestly, we would probably look at Trew, if he’s still on board.

We’re still missing a big bodied midfielder in our midfield.

I’d say we’re not convinced if either CEY or Mathieson are long term players in that role.

And we like our WA kids as well.

I'm surprised you haven't come across this breed yet. There's a sizeable group of Adelaide fans who think they'd getting pick 2 for Crouch.
Tbf I actually have , Just find it funny when crows supporters try to explain it as if it’s already guaranteed .
They seem to genuinely believe it .

Only the delusional nuffies among us would think it was guaranteed, but this is the wrong thread for that kind of talk.

Hey eDPS if you have the time, would you mind ranking the mids and mid forwards purely on their skill level, and not worrying about their athletic traits.

And could you include Finlay Macrae and any other players outside your top 25 you believe should be included.

Cheers.

Without going down the "BIG" double entendre. as in with Dean or the dewy as in walking hard....

What I have seen of NikC, he is very much a light weight outside player..where as Reid is more the KPP that might be able to play other roles. The club has been very happy woth SDeKonning that they took last year , playing in the ruck.. id not be suprised to see them add another tall defender if available at the right pick... having said that .. I think R1 is very early for a KPD if he cant play elsewhere....

Who has played in the ruck or multiple roles...?

Reid has played ruck at times and done well enough but still plays best down back imo. Cox played a more traditional FB role at the start of this year and he really impressed me.

Both can play forward and back with Cox able to play wing aswell, Cox is the better mover of the two and overall has the bigger impact on games at this stage.

We have a Brad Crouch thread don’t we?

We hardly have a thread at all, 5 days of posts have gone AWOL.
