All have our different perspectives, but Gardiner has not played well all year, except for a couple of games against easier teams. Don't forget a 5 gamer kicked five goals a couple of weeks ago, and we very likely play that team again in an elimination final.
I also don't think the 'multi year' contract is a certainty, what was Danny Daly suppose to say the other Friday night, ...we offered him a contract months ago and we are at an impasse. No he said the diplomatic thing, that it was progressing and is close to being done.

Cal was having a run before the VFL match yesterday (along with Blake Coleman) and looked OK. No sign of Marcus.
